Save-On-Foods

I find that Save-On prices are too high for what I needed They offer in-store coupons but usually not for items I use. The store is very well organized, bright and welcoming. They have a great assortment of products.

I stopped in for a couple of items.had a negative experience from a young customer on my way to the cash register.was talking to the cashier about it when another staff member came up and gifted me a single rose saying it was for me just because She didn't know how much that small gesture meant to me.it really made my day.a huge Thank you to her.wish I had gotten her name.she's one of a kind.

Love this location. Cashiers are so very friendly and helpful.
Some know me by name which makes shopping that more special.
This location is well stocked, very clean and organized.
I recently had an issue with a Gift Card and the Store Managers went above and beyond to resolve the issue!

I do not usually use this store, but the one item that I needed was out of stock in my usual stores, but Save On Foods had it in abundance.
The store was very clean and tidy, and well stocked.

Really liked this location. Very clean and organized, fully stocked with a great fresh and to go selection.

I don’t know why I continue shopping here, it has to be simply for the convenience of the location. Buying chicken here is so risky, countless times I have gotten my chicken home and it’s just rotten. Living 45 minutes out of town doesn’t allow for me to just bring it back. How about manage your meat department better? Again, it’s been a repetitive issue. Shame on me for continuing to shop here.

And the stock issues, again, more often than not I cannot find creamer, whipping cream, basic stuff. I like the concept of them being an (almost) one stop shop, but more often than not, I have to go somewhere else to finish my list.

The staff are great, but the store, not so much.

I like the selection of fruit though it's really expensive. I've never really had a good experience with the bakery. Always day olds or two day olds for everything I need. Meat is great quality and prices are okay. Box items and aisle stuff add up very quickly. Terrific local and gluten free selection.

The people who work here are so nice everytime I go to pay they always talk to me and have something nice to say

Love shopping here. Food quality is above par! Cashiers ate so friendly. Better than shopping at Costco where food quality is hit and miss.mostly miss on veggies and fruits.plus their steaks are garbage.

The staff should ensure of what they are questioning before running after someone calling did you finishing paying. I had my fully paid receipt.

Great Customer service but the bakery was horrible. We thought we bought a cheesecake, instead it was a pudding blob with no graham crust, just a crumbly mess. Prices are extremely high as well, no wonder it wasn't busy

Nice and clean, good selection, some items more expensive than other stores. Staff are friendly.

I have never felt so uncomfortable at a grocery store in all my life.

I was literally followed around that whole store by this bald male, ever corner I turned he was there.even when I went to pay for my stuff he was watching me the whole time.
He did not smile or even give me a "hello are you finding everything ok? ", He looked at me like I was stealing. I am a woman of color and everytime I go In he is the worse one.
I've had it with this save on I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great service! Accessible. Prices are okay. Hours are are pretty decent. Service from Davis at the front was top notch! Well return on first Tuesday of the month.

At times produce is limited, other than that, good clean grocer and friendly staff.
Getting in and out of the parking lot can be annoying depending on time of day/high times.

This store has grown so much amazing people and very polite staff great selection of food at great prices

The staff are usually friendly, the store is big and bright, shelves are stocked well, but as well all know it is overpriced!

My big complaint with this store is that they're really bad about keeping the shelves stocked. Usually when I grab groceries (around 7pm), I can't get 3 or 4 things on my list because the shelf is just straight up empty.

The Cashier's are always friendly and polite, but the deli workers seem to ignore customers waiting at the counter in hopes that we'll leave them alone.

Also, I once saw a mouldy package of pepperoni on the shelf, and when I came back the next week it was still there.

Save on Foods is really grown in the last year or two they lead the way in grocery deliveries and they have free curbside pickup if you want to order online and go to the store to pick it up. Superstore has curbside pickup as well but they charge you for it. Save on Foods doesn't charge for that service and to me that's a score.

Just bought some fruit at this Save-On-Foods and was very disappointed the fruit was bad!

Watermelon and Cantaloupe, I should have known because there was rotten fruit right on the shelf.

I usually have no luck with produce at this save on foods (Summerwood) I end up throwing a lot away.

I think I should start looking elsewhere for my groceries.

Personally Save on foods is your basic foods store, so personally I think it is pretty good

Normal save on.

They do nothing regarding covid. No cleaning of baskets. No cleaning of credit/debit card readers.
They have a rope for the lines that is it.

Save-On-Foods need to change there name. There is no savings here. $71.34 for all of this? $8.39 for a Gallon of milk.really?
