THIS. This is what every grocery store should be like. Clean, well organized, great product, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is by far my favourite grocery store. This particular save on foods sets the bar for industry standards. Well done.

Theyve begun trying to scam you out of your membership savings. Stop giving them the number at the start of them ringing up your items and make sure you see the savings. Highest prices of any grocery store, and trying to rip you off.

Super nice staff. Clean store. Lots of nice looking fruits and vegetables. Meat selection great.

Well organized and easy to navigate and finding what you’re looking for. Various brands and products. Great bakery and ready to eat take out

Love this store. Again, it's underutilized, not a lot of people in the store. It's been great during Covid for feeling safe while grocery shopping. Produce is amazing. Lots of vegan and gluten-free choices, that keep increasing and getting better. Staff have been very helpful. The store is always super clean.

This store is kept clean, the staff are prompt to offer assistance and they are knowledgeable about sales and offers available in-store.

Clean. Clear lines of visibility. Logical layout. My only complaint would be a lack of tellers, and being driven to the self checkout. Though that's inconsistent.

I go in to get a candle and ask a worker where they are and their response is “you’re looking for candles and you come here? ” Super sarcastic. Like yeah my dog shi* on the rug and I need help masking the smell didn’t realize it was so weird to ask for a candle lol.

Do most of my grocery shopping here and am always satisfied with finding my products abd how friendly the staff is!

Neatly managed. There's no time I come here and don't feel good about my shopping experience. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Pricey items though.

I don't feel safe shopping at SOF @ 3005 Hays Ridge Drive SW since the majority of staff don't wear masks. Masks are still recommended by WHO since Covid variants are spreading and continue to circulate. Because of this, I wish Save-Ons would encourage staff to wear masks in order to protect others who are not vaccinated (i.e. Children under 12). Even vaccinated individuals can still get Covid. As someone with a little one, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and shopping at other stores where employees are still wearing masks (i.e. Safeway, Costco, etc.). Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since store is new, well organized with a nice layout.

New grocery store option in the Chappelle area. The staff are very helpful. The store is clean and they have lots of options that other stores may not have.

Usually not too busy and the store is quite clean. Every time I have shopped here there has been friendly and polite staff.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and sub-par customer service I received from management during my last shopping "experience" here. If I could rate the management I'd give them ZERO stars. The store is consistently empty, completely void of any actual customers, which would lead you to believe they'd want to go above and beyond to keep one of the few customers they had? ! But judging by the pathetic management "team" running this place it's really not hard to see why it's completely failing. It's a shame because the store is clean and bright but it's painfully clear that the employees are treated poorly by management because all of the friendly familiar faces I came to know there are now gone. Lord knows if I had to put up with the headcase catty shrews on the management team at this location I'd quit working here too. Head office should fire the entire management crew at this location and start over. Management should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. One thing's for sure, I won't be shopping Jagre ridge save on foods ever again. Congrats you jerks, you lost your ONLY customer.

Seems to have a smaller selection than the nearby Ellerslie location but the workers are friendly and the deli and hot foods counters are always fresh. As it's new, some of the staff are still learning but they are doing their best, and they are very courteous.

New location and just the greatest service in the meat department from a young girl named alexis. I will definitely be shopping there from now on

New store but noticed grey beef and chicken on opening weekend. Picked up ground turkey a few days later with a good due date but smelled rancid when cooking. 2-stars to not sound like a rage review.

One of my favourite grocery stores to shop at. Staff are friendly! The store is clean and their service is outstanding.

Nobody there to help me in bakery had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to even notice me yesterday. Good black forest cake though. Clean store.

I have been to the store five-six times in the past 2 weeks. Saw many employees walk out with a pink slips in their hands out the back door. The store has been opened for only a month and this many terminations? I also had to wait a very long time for someone to help me at the till. Store seems empty and sad as of now.

We love our new save on foods, glad to have one near our home. Service is awesome always, neatly kept, well organized store.

I love this location. It has so many things I've never seen in other stores. Wing bar, raw seasoned skewers, sausage bar and meats asking with the deli.

Heard about this newly opened location so I gave it a go opening week. What a mistake. I had to wait for 15 minutes after everything was scanned for two cashiers to figure out how to enter some promos. Not once did anyone appologize for my wasted time. I understand they are new at this but to have a cutomer wait this long and not address it is unacceptable. Walking to my car after thinking my troubles were over was also a mistake. I was stopped and asked to provide my recept for inspection. Thank goodness I didn't toss it right away in the garbage. I will not be returning to this location.

What a refreshing new store! They had some specials only available at this location that made the trip entirely with it. Everything is "green" including the parking lot markings. Really cool place and shopping experience

Clean and well organized. New staff learning to gig, fair but friendly good employees. Prices are great and variety. Finally a big grocery store in this area

This is a new save on. Extremely clean and shiny. Not many customers so social distancing was easy. But again these two won't last forever. Staff are very friendly and helpful. And I love the bright green street markings instead of the usual white and yellow.

Very clean and new. Friendly staff and good produce selection. Different layout than the store at Magrath so that takes some getting used to. Nice to see the sideways signage orientation for the aisles.
