Pretty good selection of food. Prices higher than other stores, so I only go here once in awhile.

The staff are good sometimes but other times, I've stood and waited at the deli for over 5 min with employees seeing and not helping with getting meat from there. Self checkout employee was rude.

Doesn't have a lot but when there's a sale it's going to be well worth the visit.

At 8pm, I asked the customer service over the phone if they still had pumpkins, she thought I asked what time they closed and was about to hang up on me if I hadn’t interrupted her. Then she again, cut me off and was about to hang up without asking if there anything else I needed.

I then got to the store at 8: 10pm and found out the price of the pumpkins were different for members versus non-members. Although I was disappointed, I know it wasn’t the customer service lady’s fault. But when I was about to pay, the self-checkout terminal kept asking the same quantity question over and over again then said I needed to wait for assistance. I waited over 5mins and finally gave up and moved to another terminal. When the customer service lady saw that I moved she was very rude and told me to move back. I told her that was ridiculous having to move 3 pumpkins back and forth, and the lack of good quality service at even a non-busy hour is the reason why I don’t go to Save On Foods.

Love this store. Quality produce. The bakery is nice. I really like the bulk Isle. I haven't tried their coffee yet but plan to give it a shot. Western Family brand items are a refreshing change from the norm house brands you see elsewhere.

I like it more when they have discounts! Generally okay and closer if I need to pickup things quickly.

A good and relatively new grocery store location. The interior is cool and clean, with neatly organized produce and other goods. Has about everything you’d expect in a typical grocery store but I’d say the prices are a little high compared to others I’m used to visiting. Still, you can get what you need here as it’s also close to many neighbouring restaurants and shops around the same plaza area.

I went here to get some ready to eat meals. The taco meal kit was disgusting. The butter chicken pot pie was burnt, the samosa’s dripped of oil. I have never had a worst meal in my life. This is the second time I am gave this grocery store a chance. I should have learnt my lesson from previous visit.who keeps expired moldy fruit on shelves to sell. Don't know why this placed is called "Save on foods" everything is so expensive, actually save your money and go somewhere else to shop.

I'm almost certain they have a policy to sell expired goods. I've often contemplated going there - not to actually purchase any groceries - but to see how many shopping carts I can fill with expired items. So disappointing.

After Covid they recklessly raising price, honestly the store name is so meaningless these days. I hope they come out with better and more creative business module instead of using shortcut by transferring all challenges costs to customers pockets. It is really a good store but their is no saving on ANYTHING anymore. Also most of the time mysteriously my phone data is not working in the store!

I had a wonderful experience at this save on foods in the meats and seafoods. A young gentleman named Jonathon was so helpful in my selection of meats. All other experiences I had at different locations never compared to the kindness and help Jonathon provided for me.

Outstanding service

Very clean and well organized. Little more expensive than I am used to, but with the rewards card you can save.

A customer came in with no face mask and was rude to other people and she was allowed to continue through the store. When a staff was asked about it, they said there was nothing they could do. And we had to suggest to staff that they wipe down the self checkout she used. I believe there is a high fine for companies allowing this!

The worst store to shop stuff expensive and the cashier was rude and has a zero customer service and don't know who to respect us as a customer and I will have a phone call with their head office to discuss this issue and as a customer I will never ever shop at their stores anywhere and I would not give them even one star if I could

The best grocery in Panorama. Super clean, friendly staff, great price and convenient location.

Love this one because it's a bit different than the other Save-Ons because it seems to have more of a asian flair and a few more products from other countries than most of the others I've been to. Love the meat section as they have piri piri wings and butter chicken that you can take home and cook.

Staff is great. Service is great. Produce is always fresh. Small store so they don't carry a bunch of extra stuff

Decent selection, but certain specialty items that can be ordered online are not stocked nor have a place on the shelf.

I go here every week and it's always clean and presentable and people here wear masks properly.

With Covid19, we now order our groceries from this location. They seem to have 95% of what we order. Today I ordered a turkey bun in our order (see photo) and I wanted to let you all know how delicious it was! Fresh! Delicious ingredients and the bun wasn't soggy or mushy. It appears that whoever makes them takes care to assemble them properly and not slapping the ingredients in a haphazard way. Great value for the price and filling enough for supper for one person!

I'm really unhappy with the online delivery. My deliveries contain missing items even after suggesting substitutions. For example, if I have allowed replacement with a different brand of free range eggs, this will never be included. I have never entered store where all the free range eggs (any brand) are out of stock. I am having to make separate trips just for those missing items. I will not be preferring to order online from save-on-foods again, I'm sorry.

Overall very good services, the only concern so far is their sushi at their deli department. You may want to ask if they are fresh made before your purchase. They are dried and hard to eat when not fresh.

I got the items I went there for and there're plenty of them on stock. The cashier was cheerful and helpful. She gave me a "More Rewards" card and explained that it will help me save money on groceries.

Love this store! There’s always employees around if you need help, the store is super clean and they have great products! Every time I come here I have such an enjoyable shopping experience. It’s just spacious, self checkouts are always open and I get everything I need. I definitely recommend coming here over other grocery stores.

Save On foods always seem to have the friendliest/happiest staff of all grocery stores! Define my preferred place to shop. Prices can be high but if you get the membership the deals can make up for it

I stood in the only check out till open. The cashier had an extended conversation.with who I can only assume was a friend based on their conversation. I stood there ten minutes while they slowly packed up a cart. I packed up my things and had to go somewhere else. The cashier didn't look up and literally turned her back towards me.
Another worker saw this and offered to help me on a closed till and she was apologetic which was nice.

Good customer service. I shopped here for 2-years while I stay at Panatella before I moved to SE but I still shop here once in a while. I can travel to NW for the fresh farm stewing chicken anytime, any day, very tasty and affordable. Good job guys

Always very clean, great staff this is my go-to grocery shop they have a great selection of marinated meat!

This has been my go to supermarket since they opened. Prices are higher then superstore, but I don't mind paying more for better service.

I have never had a complaint until a few months ago, I went in on the first Tuesday of the month so I would get my 15% off. I had grabbed 10 packs of pediasure and asked if they would also price match. I showed them a screenshot of superstores flyer and they said they wouldn't accept a screenshot. (I only took a screenshot cause I can never get my phones data/internet to work in that store)
Anyways, I was trying to get the flyer to load and Jung had asked another lady in customer service and she said we can't price match 10 packs I can do 2 only. I said can you do 3 cause you did 3 for me 2 days ago with a screenshot too by the way. She told me no and she would never accept a screenshot. (I later find out that Norma is also customer service manager)

Norma starts to argue with me while she is standing at the floral department and I'm at the self check out with Jung. This gets so bad I don't even want to be in the store. So I left and didn't purchase anything.

I was so upset that I was trying so hard to find the receipt from 2 days ago and I must have thrown it out, but remembered you can sign in and see your digital receipt. So I went back to show her cause she pretty much called me a liar in front of everyone at the store at the time. She got even more mad and denied it. I just said how did I pay $24+tax for 3 packs when they are $10.99 a pack unprice matched? And she kept talking over me and I asked to speak with a manager and she stood there and yelled at me that she was a manager. Then find me another manager to talk to.

Another lady came to hear my story and offered to price match whatever I wanted. I was still so upset that I refused to shop at this store anymore.

As much as I love this store, she totally ruined it for me.

I actually am looking into filing an actual complaint to head office now.

Just okay as far as a Save-On-Foods groccery store is concerned. Although the store is beautiful, customer service seems to be somethign Save-On-Foods doesn't seem interested in providing anymore at most of their locations. Lots of attitude at Customer Service over cashing in free items from the contest.

Future store designs need to include larger checkouts that allow room for bagging your groceries.

My go to for grocery shopping, I used to be a superstore die hard, but save on has converted me. Amazing prices with great deals, some of the best quality meat available through normal grocery store chains and good prices! Chicken thighs here are always on a great deal, and pork is some of the best. The deli is awesome, and the kitchen has delicious ready made foods. The kitchen manager named Jason is always so friendly and I enjoy his service. Poutine is really tasty and huge portion for 6 bucks. This location always a great selection of fresh produce, and their house brand of frozen veg is excellent too. Overall, I've never had a bad experience here, and it has become my go to.

Jung is absolutely fantastic! It's not very often that I leave a grocery store feeling genuinely impressed at the level of customer service I received. Jung hit all the checkboxes for me. Quick, efficient, friendly, and she even maximized her time by checking up on the customers using the self-serve machines beside her checkout while I ran for a bag of ice. Now that's multi-tasking! Then, like Johnny-on-the-spot without a moment to lose, she quickly bounced back to hand me the receipt as soon as it printed, and wished me a pleasant evening. Normally I would say that multi-tasking like that can be risky because you don't want to seem rude or keep another customer waiting. But to Jung's credit, she pulled it off flawlessly! Jung really demonstrated a sense of urgency and was clearly operating at peak performance with processing customers which is quite a rare sight to come across these days! Great job, Jung!:)

The grocery is on the pricier side but they have a good selection of items. You can find a more unique selection of goods here compared to big box stores. Staff is friendly for the most part, though I wish they would have someone at the bakery instead of me having to wait or find someone (Tuxedo Cake is a must try!). Only worth shopping here if you have the membership, other wise the stuff is super expensive.

Interestingly, I've been a regular customer since this store first opened in the Panorama Hills community and have enjoyed the customer service and good quality food.

To my surprise, during my visit today the "Manager" of meat department and its employees were very worked up against an elderly lady who remained calm and composed. Impatience, arrogance, lack of leadership, and most importantly, the fundamental importance of offering genuine and helpful customer service was the least of their worries. The Manager of Meat department and his employees didn't want to deal with the perceived inconvenience of offering what Save On Foods offers to customers, and tried to lie about the company not offering the price match contract service that was already given to the customer 3 days prior, when she had visited but the store was out of stock.

Personally I will be going to other stores (Superstore, Sobeys, M&Ms) for all my future meat purchases. Witnessing horrendous customer service and immense rage from store staff was the last item on my shopping agenda. Their employment would certainly be terminated if it were my store - the risk to business perception and reputation wouldn't be something I would tolerate.

The store is closing at 10: 00 PM. I have been there at 10: 02 I asked the staff in the door to let me in, because my two years daughter was crying for milk. I told him I am only going to buy one bottle of Milk and that’s it. He didn’t let me in and rejected me in a very mean way.
I have searched around other stores were also closed.

Very conveniently located with lots of parking and easy access off of Stoney Trail. Always well stocked!

Has grown to become one of our favorite places to grocery shop. Fresh produce and meats and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The sale prices are often amazing and they have a great selection. I much prefer the smaller friendly atmosphere to the other major grocery stores out there.

Place always has good customer service. Helpful staff. Choices not always the best for veggies, fruits and meat. But they are trying to get better.

I have been using this location since covid hit. Some orders have been great and others the selection of produce was questionable. I received a whole celery stock that was rotten. The store has dealt with the issue though it took 5 phone calls. My last order though has me concerned. I placed the order on Wednesday afternoon with deliver the next day. Ordered deli meat that was on special in the weekly flyer. I received the weekly flyer deli meat but not at the weekly special price. How does a flyer item not get into the price updates. Still waiting for the refund to be processed.

One of my favourite places to shop for groceries. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. During the pandemic they have tried their best to keep their stock supplied and they've done very well with the AHS required precautions.

I've been shopping here since they opened and the service has severely declined in most aspects. Food on the shelf is often past the best before date, made in house items like sandwiches have had the wrong toppings twice from my own personal experience, and no one seems to know where anything is nor has the want to help locate, even if you ask directly. Specifically Mylena, I believe is her name, has a terrible attitude at guest service. The look on her face says she hates her job and she does not often greet with conversation (i.e. How are you today?) Just "how can I help you". If that. I have spoken to someone about her before and I have seen no improvement with how she treats me or other customers.

I want to thank night manager Altinay. I went there around 10pm and the bakery was closed. She went out of her way to find and the cut the frozen cake I was looking for, put cream etc on it. I only wish they should bring back halal frozen chicken etc products as they used to have them. Great service!

They claim lowest prices which is a joke. But the store itself is nice. Could use more produce but overall ok to shop at.

Great place to go shopping. Most of employee, they are so nice and helpful. But sometimes, some of cashier they are rude and looks like angry. Just some people. And some busy day, they don't have enough cashier. I hope they hire enough people.
But most of things are good.

Convenient and good prices - right of of Stoney Trail - easy in and out if you are travelling from the NW to Airdrie or the NE.

We hosted a private course and were in need of a light lunch. The online order system requires 48 hours notice for special trays and cut fruit but when I contacted the customer support Toll-Free they made sure I could pick up when I needed to. Yolanda was our personal shopper and we had a great experience. The only thing, I think there is one sign at each corner of the parking lot, when really the Online Pick Up parking stalls are on the WEST side. One thing I would suggest, as it is confusing to see multiple signs in the parking lot which all indicate "Online Shopping Pick Up" is to remove the excess signage.

Went for Sushi didn't have what I wanted but the man was very nice so I bought a different type.it was good, also the bakery had the best desserts

What savings? I priced all the foods that i usually buy at other stores like no frills, safeways and co op and 5 out of 10 products were more expensive so like i said where are the savings? ! I give it one star for being clean but that doesn't put money into my pocket! Will i go back? Naaa i have other stores closer to my house.

Poor customer service at the deli. Produce is adequate in quality with a large selection for such a small store. The store overall, has a large selection for such a small store. The meat department has poor fish quality but the beef is very good quality. The dairy and frozen sections are clean and well stocked. Prices are okay too. Overall, it's comparable to good Safeway in selection and price but with better meat department than a Safeway. The location makes this a four star instead of a three star.
Update: As of January 2019, this store has terrible service after 10pm. Staff seem to treat the customer as a huge inconvenient if you come in to the store within an hour of closing. There are a couple of young men that are the exception and still provide a smile and courtesy but the older female cashiers are almost rude with contempt.
