A lovely store everybody is quite polite and helpful for the most part. The lovely old white haired lady that was helping me and the three people ahead of me whilst wearing the same pair of latex gloves? Would someone please have a talk with her about cross-contamination?
The last thing she handled was raw chicken in my basket.someone needs to have a talk with her.politely of course

I love their Manchester Malt bread. It's such a nice change. Friendly fellow in the frozen food dept.was very helpful.

Left without my groceries. I don't like self serves, but I was in a hurry and the 2 tills that were open had line ups. I tried the self serve and ran into a problem. A clerk came over after a few minutes to help me. She was a little grumpy, but did help me. Had trouble again with self serve when it said I had someting that didn't belong on the tray. Could not get the machine to continue so called for a clerk again. This time the clerk was taking way to long. Another person was also having problems. We both waited for what seemed far too long for help. I finally just left my groceries and walked out. I won't be going back. They are far to expensive, but since I was in a hurry and in the neighbourhood I though I would go ahead and pay the extra. Never again

Save-on-foods is in my opinion the #2nd to best grocery store, Superstore being #1st! Always a good experience! Their onions always look good as does most of there produce.

Went in 10 to 15 minutes before closing. And the whole time in was in the store in was followed and made made to feel like a criminal. Simply needed a hair mask for my wife and their answer was that they don't carry that brand even though I never once told them the brand! Not just the first time this has happened but probably about the 10-12th time regardless of the time of day. Needless to to say won't be visiting this store again

Always a great place to shop at. We visit the first Tuesday of every month for the 15% off! Usually end up making it our go to place to grocery shop the rest of the month too, even though it’s out of the way! Good prices. Just watch expiration dates, I’ve sadly bought a few too many things at full price that are already bad or expire within the next day or two: (

Got us some fabulous short ribs for spare ribs on Sunday! Great selection and it never came close to breaking the bank!

A grocery store that actually feels like a grocery store unlike Walmart and Costco. Nice store layout and presentation of items.

Had to run in an pick up a few quick items. As to be there standard, only 1 teller open with a long line. I finally decided to use self checkout which I adhore.

Scanned my 4 items, remove item replace item, hit ok, remove item.looked at teller with the I am putting my fist through the screen look, she hit a button and the system started all over again. Less than 5 mins to grab items, 10 mins in clerk line till I went to self checkout. Another 10 m
In self checkout till I finally left everything an walked out.

If you like insanely brutal checkout procedure this store is for you. Never have I ever seen more than 1 clerk on till

Cashier was the opposite of friendly. If you work in customer service being amicable is a core component of job performance. Encourages me to shop elsewhere.

Made a large order of food for an event. On the day of pick up things were not going smoothly. The manager stepped up took care of everything and then proceeded to go above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend shopping here as they really care!

Ordered a larger amount of food for an event. The start of the pickup process was a little rocky, however the manager and staff went above and belong to make sure I got everything I needed! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my shopping experience here. Colleen the cashier was so great and friendly. I’d gladly go back to this store again. I was so surprised at the selection of meat and seafoods!

The only downfall is some citizens of MH and area don’t wear masks in the store and don’t care about the health and protection of others as we go into a 3rd wave. Shame on them.

Save On is great though.good for them for offering delivery and contactless pickup when citizens aren’t following public health guidelines.

Very clean and organized grocery store. Prices are a touch higher than some of the competition but I don't mind paying a bit more to go in, get what I need and go.

Great store, but don’t buy their plastic bandages! Doesn’t stick, rigid, the worst I’ve ever bought.

Save on foods has become my go to grocery store in the city. Always clean! Staff is always so kind. Shelves are always stacked. Their prices are amazing. I love Save ons

To share my views. Where do I start, I have talked to most of the cashiers, and other employees, they are all very friendly and helpful. I have many talks with Jeff, who is friendly and helpful and a hard worker also. As far as the store goes produce, bakery, and meat dept are very good.over all everything is great keep the good work up

Always clean and well stocked. One of the only stores I feel really comfortable in during this pandemic. The staff are also very friendly and always eager to help.

I have been buying my groceries at save on foods since it has opened. I really enjoy the layout of the store and how clean it is. They have a great selection of fresh vegetables, baking products, deli meats etc. The staff there is awesome and always friendly.

The seafood, produce, meat and warm food areas are unparalleled in Medicine Hat. The discounted items for members are a great saving for common food items.

Love the staff here, not just how they treat customers but each other as well. Nice selection of products, including their own brand which is quite good. Prepared meals, unique meat selection and huge bakery. Usually not too crowded, which I like.
