The employees are kind and patient. Products are a bit expenses if don't have save on card but good deals and food

I like this store cuz I have the more rewards card so it makes it easier to save on groceries and it ls close to where I live too

I like everything about the store except the staff. The most miserable bunch I’ve ever dealt with. They all act like they hate their jobs.
The only exception is the fresh meat and fish guys. They were very helpful.

Clean and small. I love small shops. Most importantly, you can buy green buckwheat. The prices are not cheap, so it is better to buy promotional products with a discount card

I like the bakery section. The cakes taste good. Good $ too. The bread should be 6 pieces but I ate 2 of them, so the photo has 4 pieces only. Haha

Impeccable, fully stocked always. Gorgeous flower Bouquets, Plants, flowers wrapped, gift card.
Shopping online, delivery.
Freshest of produce, Deli with hot meals to buy, special hot meals offered every Friday. Prime Rib,
Summer plants for sale.
Bakery,
Clean, Wheelchair accessible, parking.

Sometimes I go there and I’m always really satisfied with my shopping because of the quality

Probably won’t come back here anymore - this used to be my go-to grocery store but the last few times the meat counter has been closed early and there has been nothing left. In the past they would put the extra stock out to be shopped, but lately there has been nothing.

I went in at 6.30 pm to get pork chops on sale.
The meat department was prity much empty.
When husband asked sale person in meat department if the had some he could get.
He was told no he was not going to put out again till tomorrow morning.
So I guess if you get off work at 6pm
And you go grocery shopping and need something from the meat department.
Your out of luck.

Bit pricey but conveniently located, and the underground parking is a great place to melt the snow off your car!

Brian in the meat department is the reason I come to this store. Best service I've had at any save on I've been to. He's always around to help, he's quick and friendly. Probably deserves a raise.

Actually I did go there with my hubby once just to check out the prices but there are kinda the same like coop and walmart

Hit and miss. Sometimes they're amazing, sometimes they're just meh, and sometimes they're a massive headache.

Today was solidly massive headache. Delivery was going to be in 20 mins for over an hour. Tried to find out what was happening with an item we keep ordering and not getting (are you discontinuing it?). National directed me to the store bakery, store bakery needed me to hang up and try customer service, customer service seemed panicked, and I just kept getting looped back to them everytime they tried to transfer me.

So do the shopping in person, if they have it great, if not you're out of luck. If it's not there 2 weeks or more in a row I'd assume it's being discontinued and you're SOL.

This is the 5th time we've had items disappear like this. I'm hoping they're not discontinuing a line again.

Good Meat department, and fairly nice store but honestly I Only come here when they have something on sale that I want, otherwise the prices are outrageous, I find a lot of products are more costly than other premium supermarkets like Safeway/coop.
Gets 3 stars only because all of the staff are friendly (would otherwise be 2 stars due to high prices)

The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I bought a 18.5L bottle of water from there, and asked about the bottle return policy, the casher told me that I can return the bottle to Save On and they will return the deposit if I don't need more water. 3 days after, when I return the empty bottle to them, other casher told me that they wouldn't take it and will not return the deposit, I am extremely upset about their service and the method how they do business.

I was in this store today, I had my small grocery cart that helps me bring groceries home. I was watched when I stood by the door with my items, I was only waiting till a storm blew by, but yet a security officer need to watch me from behind. I bought 2 items less than I was going to because the storm was going by, and I didn't want to get hurt. I won't be returning, as soon as i looked at the man he ran to the inside of the store. I felt embarrassed. My husband usually drives me to the store but today I went to the store because he is busy. Save on foods that was horrible. Just because I look Hispanic doesn't mean you should assume.

One cashier working afternoons/evenings. Nobody working customer service/self serve machines, which are hopelessly glitchy and require standing in line for the one cashier anyway. I’ll be going to superstore from now on.

I had the pleasure of being served by Brian one evening recently, I believe he was stationed at the Deli/fresh protein area, I came in for a cake for my grandma (late) and the bakery was closed up: (he helped me out and packaged up the cake I had selected with such speed and Care it was like he had been doing it for years! So great work to Brian!

Additionally this store is always very clean and well stocked l with a whole team of staff just as helpful as Brian!

Literally the worst customer service I went to grab top sirloin meat that was on sale may 20th the assistant manager told me they were out to come back tomorrow I asked for a rain check he gave me one I asked if there was a limit to the rain check he said no I came back on may 21st to get the meat as he said it was promised to be out on the floor by 11 am took time off work to grab steak for my family of 8 and there was none on the floor when I asked a service clerk he said that they did not come in. I went May 26th with my rain check the new man at the meat department when I asked if they had any of the special he said only if you have a rain check I told him I did he then took my rain check and gave me 2 packages I told him I was advised that there was no limit and there was NO LIMIT written on my rain check and verbally spoke to the assistant manager and he assured me there was no limit the man was adamant on not giving me any more then two packages I told him very nicely that I was frustrated as it was my THIRD time coming in for the meat and it does not state that there is a limit and I had verbal confirmation from the assistant manager then he took my raincheck wrote all over it in red writing and told me there is nothing he can do and call the manager he was so rude and un helpful and did not care as to my situation and told me to come back I have two jobs and can not afford to waste my time or energy literally the worst most incompetent service I’ve ever received in my life what a shame save on foods

Save on is fast becoming one of my favourite grocery stores. They are clean, well stocked and have friendly capable service. They price match and with their sales and the offers on their app they are much more competitive than they used to be.
