Store is clean, organized, and well-laid out, which is really what you want in a grocery store.

My favorite grocery store. All the staff are always so happy and friendly. The atmosphere they are creating makes for happy customers too. I've never been in there and had it not be a good time. Whatever Management is doing to motivate their staff, please keep it up.

I really love this grocery store because it is close to my home. I find the prices some what reasonable and it's abit quieter then any of the other grocery stores in town. Parking is good too. I do online ordering for pickup when I'm unable to go in to the store because I just do not have time and it is just easier to order online and come and pickup. The last time I ordered online though I got home and realised I was missing some items, which is not a big deal should of went over the items as they were being loaded. When I called to let them know I had items missing they seen the bag in the freezer. I asked if I come back if I can just call in and have someone run it out, apparently not, I was told to come into the store to get the bag. Well I paid for pickup the first time so I did not have to go into the store in the first place so that was a huge inconvenience for me. Also the lady on the phone was trying to have me give back the items they didn't give me and she would refund the money. But I needed those groceries for the week so that was not an option for me. Anyways.point is, make sure you check your stuff when you order online and pickup or you will have to do some unnecessary running around that I did not have time to do. Overall it is a great store.

Very disappointed in the staff at this location. Went there today knowing that there was a one-day promotion on, where you could choose between 15% off your total bill or 40 times the amount of points earned on your bill. Obviously any competent individual is going to do some quick mental math to see which option is going to save them the most money. When the cashier completed my order, she asked me which option I wanted to choose. Before I answered, I asked her how many eligible points I was earning on my order, so that I could figure out which was the better option for me. She told me that my order was earning 2680 points, and that I could choose between 40 times that number of points, or 15% off my order. Doing some quick math in my head, I realized that the first option would gain me well over 100,000 points, so I chose that option. However once my payment transaction went through, she pointed out to me that I had earned only 3747 points TOTAL on my order. I very quickly pointed out to her that the math was nowhere even close to adding up. She clearly does not understand basic math, because at first she tried to argue to me that it was correct. However once I explained the math to her and she realized that she had no idea what she was talking about, she brought another cashier over for assistance. That cashier pointed out that I had been misinformed by the first cashier, and that only 67 of my points on the order were eligible for the 40X bonus, and that it was too late to do anything about it because the transaction had already gone through. She then turned her back on me and gave me a very curt "Sorry about that, have a nice day", and then walked away. Clearly, if my cashier had informed me correctly, I would have chosen the 15% discount on my order, because that would have saved me way more money than the measly amount of points I ended up getting. I left the store that day feeling ripped-off, and that the staff there was completely incompetent.

Whoever has this done or manage this section must be an. This is very offensive! Save on downtown, Fort Mcmurray! Asian food.co-asian pls dont patronize this area

After the renovation this store has been great. Clean areas, fresh produce, deli is upgraded, meat section has quality products. Overall good grocery spot. 4 stars because prices are a lil on expensive side, but they do price match.
