Can't say enough good things about the management and staff at this location. Always friendly, professional, helpful and kind. I had a query regarding a price check on an item. Long story short, the amazing store manager, Ernie, thanked me for allowing him and his team to correct the misunderstanding (truly it was no one's error). It's easy to see they are all a team there and offer great service, products and prices. Happy to call myself a loyal customer.

Every time I order it’s because terrible weather conditions, and I can not say how much I appreciate you for all you do. I truly wish I could give you the biggest hug and give you a warm meal during your rounds.

Customer service here is second to none. The gals are always so helpful, especially Karen and Michelle. There are a few other ladies that deserve a shout out too butI just can’t remember their names. I love shopping here, wouldn’t go anywhere else

Got home through huge traffic. Meat for supper in hand, finishing work at home etc. Opened chicken up and it was bad. Called the store. Explained I can't come back etc.but 6pm questions asked, they are on their way with replacement of an even larger quantity of today fresh meat etc. I couldn't do my exam without eating first, Saveon didn't hesitate to help me. I guess there's a reason I go there every day to buy all my fresh organics and meats!

Once again went to purchase beyond meat burgers and there outdated expires june 2023 its September 2023
Dont grocery stores remove expired products.
I guess thats why people get food poisoning where are the health inspectors to keep the owners of the stores honest anf disposing of outdated items.

Yes, few grumps at the till.
However over past yr produce quality deteriorated. Mr. Mario your Oranges very soft almost spoiled, raspberries and strawberries had mold growing in them And containers of grapes were awful. Brown, fermenting. Saveon never used to be like that
I was accused by no class Morgan picking out the rotten grapes and next time I am supposed to ask someone in produce to do that for me. But no staff around. Morgan ripped a.package of spoiled raspberries out of my hand. I had opened to show her how rotten they were. Oh but she said they are short staff. Thank you for the triple product guarantee. I don't abuse but it depends on how rude you are treated by staff.
That made it all better. I will donate.
Be better than you are than think you're better than you are. BRINGS her son over in store to make sure she is safe.seriously so unprofessional. If you're tired at end of shift go home. Or get out of store and sit and smoke as usual.

Best grocery store in town. Couple of grumps at the till sometimes but they never make me feel disrespected. Love the online ordering. I feel like a part of the family when I go to save-on because most of the workers are positive and willing to help out.

I've bought rotten chicken from this place more times than I can count this year. There are never expiration dates on their meat either so it's impossible to figure out what's fresh and what isn't. If you're in the food business - have a minimum level of care. Reporting to AHS.

Last night at 8PM, I visited this store to purchase strawberries and salad greens. I was profoundly disappointed as all of the berries were bruised and moldy and the greens were wilted - all suitable for compost. As a long-time customer and supporter, I may be reassessing my shopping practices. Safeway Cochrane has just completed and extensive renovation of its store, product lines and staff attitudes - all for the better. What has happened to Save-on-Foods - wilting in the face of competition?

One of the few places you can go in Cochrane that has a wide selection of grain-fed, organic, hormone-free meats. Also lots of options for vegans.

I had a fantastic first-time grocery shopping experience at Save On Foods last Sunday. The cashier, Fatima was friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process a breeze. I appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend Save On Foods in this town.

Teach your cashiers how to stop over filling bags. Happens everytime and it's a hazard.

We've been shopping at Save-On for about 7 years regularly. It's worth getting a Save-On member card or whatever it's called. The store brand Western Family food in my experience is at least on par with the name brand stuff, cheaper price, and usually some good sales. The staff are generally really friendly and helpful.

Well presented produce. Friendly staff. Prices are on average pretty good and quality of fresh produce is high.

Always friendly and easy to find items. Watch for their sales. It's great and busy but worth it.

Products are expensive but good quality and fresh, layout of the store is great, store is clean, and staff are friendly

Favorite grocery store in Cochrane. We generally go before 10 when it isn't very busy. Always clean and has almost everything we could want. Western Family brand is good quality and much cheaper so buy that most often.

I’ve had bad experiences with the cashiers the last three times I’ve been here. They have been rude and extremely grumpy to me. I’ve always been kind and patient. I will no longer be shopping here.

The employees are very friendly but I find the food pricier than other stores in town for food.
