My go to grocery store especially for delivery. Amazing staff & customer service! Pharmacy staff is also great & personable!

After what was a poopie day for me, I did not have enough to buy the stuff I need for my kids bday dinner today. A WONDERFUL kind amazing employee came out when I was leaving, and brought/bought me the rest of my stuff. PLEASE give her the credit she deserves for her exceptional customer service and humanity. For people like me these things mean way more than others can imagine. So thank you lady!

Excellent produce and quality products throughout this store.
Their process are on the high end and the staff isn't anything spectacular, however there are a few employees that go that extra mile and should be better appreciated for their efforts.
Unfortunately, these corporations treat everyone the same, from the worst employee to the hardest working, they are all just a number!
Thank you too all of you who DO work hard and DO try to make customers enjoy their shopping experience at your store!

Negatives, The overall prices are much TOO high, especially compared to Superstore, Safeway and Wal-Mart in GP.
Just one example, bought a regular pack of organic celery there on May 12th, it was $8! Comparable price locally at other stores would be about $5. Just ridiculous.
They also refuse to discount ANY items, even when the BB date is very soon. We hate throwing out food but they don't seem to have a problem with that. This should definitely be looked into.
The dairy items SHOULD all be in enclosed coolers with glass doors. Having them on open shelves is not good.
Having coolers with frozen items like ice cream directly across from the cleaners is not well placed. These powerful scents don't belong near ANY food items, they get transferred so easily.
Worst of all, A LOT of the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Produce department is the worst. Seem to lack training and leadership. (see exception below).

Special mention for Abby, at the front self check -outs and customer service. She is a real asset to this store. ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

After visiting this store several times since my first review was written (below), I am downgrading my rating to 2 stars.
On the plus side, Abby (customer service and sell checkouts) is still very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, many of the other staff members aren't, especially in the Produce department. Have the "ignore customers and hopefully they will go away" approach. That has happened several times, even when it's obvious that I would have liked some assistance. A smile once in a while would be a nice change too. They look like they are miserable working there.
Also, prices are WAY too high, compared to other stores locally.
We are shopping here less and less, due to both of these ongoing complaints. Superstore Wal-Mart and Safeway are much better value overall. And staff better too.

While visiting Grande Prairie recently and out on a long walk, we stopped in at this Save-On, looking for an ATM to use. Their ATM was unfortunately broken but we ended up being assisted by a very pleasant and helpful lady named, Abby. She went over and above the average level of service and suggested we buy something and get the cash we needed as cash -back, which we didn't even realize was an option at their self- checkouts. A few minutes later, we had yummy chocolate and cash (great combo) and our $$ problem solved!
When we stopped in again later that same day for another purchase, Abby was still there and greeted us with a big smile and another pleasant chat. Thanks Abby!

Good place to get a variety of natural food. However, the prices are not "saving on food". Tends to be a pretty expensive place to shop. Always clean though, and nice staff

The customer service is greatly lacking at this store. With the exception of one young cashier there, the rest of the front end staff could use a lesson in customer service.
The young cashier is fantastic and always has a smile on her face for every single customer she encounters. The rest of the front end staff could take a lesson from her.

Prices are a little higher than most other grocery stores. Natural food aisle has a good selection only rivalled by Superstore.

Bought a bakery tray and it was not as advertised. The manager admitted that the picture is deceiving. Offered no solution. Save your money and go elsewhere

Good grocery store, most times only go on discount day with the MORE savings rewards card. Otherwise, there are cheaper places to buy your groceries. Great selection of stuff tho, one of the more well equipped stores.
