Very frustrated with the Fir Street location's Online Grocery Shopping for Pickup. Online ordering is a nightmare. Save-On-Foods has not built an intuitive or user-friendly platform equal to their competitors. Had to phone five times and speak with five different people (Tyler, Gord, Sarah,? & 1-800) to finally get help with a damaged item. No responsibility taken for their errors. No incentive to shop again. Prices are significantly higher than competitors. Why would any customer consider shopping here regularly?
The store was extremely clean and well stocked. As the store was empty of customers, there was no issue finding a cashier who incidentally was very pleasant I would not hesitate to give a higher score for the store's presentation and variety of products, but sadly, I found the prices considerably higher than some other store.
Smaller store, always has what I need. They have sales and deals all the time. Never really that busy, so you don't have to wait in line for long (if at all).
Today, April 22, my wife and I were at the store to exchange coffee I had bought. We were help by a lady named Jessica who quickly fixed the “problem” we had. The best thing was the friendly, personable and professional attitude Jessica displayed while she helped us. Thanks Jessica!
Stopped in the get a specific type of coffee which I found no problem & picked up some miscellaneous odds n ends. On certain items prices seemed reasonable or below prices I'm accustomed to due to my residence being in rural Alberta.
