My company was looking for a huge birthday cake in a last minute. The lady name called Chantel, she'd offered me to make this happen. All workers around this department were super friendly and helpful. The man even tried to grab me a cart because he said the cake was very heavy. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

Only had 2 self serve checkouts running. Staff watched me struggle with no offer for help. Will never return

Friendly service, helpful. Had a vehicle breakdown in their parking lot, and the staff was very helpful. 2 staff members offered to help. Although it wasn't needed but very appreciative. Excellent prices, great service!

I had a bad experience here. We had purchased 4 bottles of non-recyclable Spring water from here. There is a $10.00 deposit on these. Typically a deposit is returned when you bring the bottle back, however, upon trying to return the bottles, we were told that the deposit can no longer be returned due to some issue with the bottle company. I don't believe it is right to charge a deposit on an item and refuse to allow customers to get the deposit returned. Just a heads up for anyone buying water from here.

This was the first grocery store I shopped at in okotoks and let me tell you the service was AMAZING! Cashiers were all smiles and it actually felt like they cared about you day. Let me tell you the front end Manager (I am very sad I don't remember her name) was the best. She spoke with me about my move and how me and my mother were liking the area. She was incredible. Give this woman a raise and give her a store you will never find someone who does better for your store then she does.

Nice store, lots of choices, great selections of prepared meals if you're looking for something different.

Very disappointed about a casher, My God! Wilma she need to learn the term SERVICE. No hello, she don't ask me for my fidelity card, and to give me my card back, she threw it.
As I am coming every day, It's very disappointing and starting now I will go somewhere else.

I love to visit this save-on-foods in town, they have great deals on many various foods each time I come in. They have a wonderful assortment of allergen friendly products such as lactose/dairy free, gluten free or vegan. And I’ve always been treated kindly by all who work there even if I’m having to ask for products I can’t see currently on the floor, or maybe questioning a price as it rang through.

I have finally learned my lesson. Had chicken wings there 2 weeks ago and they were dried right out. Terrible. No discount either. Then today I stopped for 2 items, rotisserie chicken and bran muffins. No bran muffins so I bought 4 muffins from the bakery. They were over cooked, dry and the muffin paper stuck to the fall apart dried out muffins. Had to pick paper out of my teeth after eating one. Then the rotisserie chicken, burnt wings and dried out chicken. It was like eating leather.terrible. So long Save-On, I won't be back. Only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't post it otherwise.

Great produce and kitchen area. Prices are generally higher than at other stores unfortunately

Very clean and well stocked Grocery, a bit pricey but to compare with Sobeys.
A little insider tip, there own brand swiss chocolate is produced by Frey Chocolate in Switzerland, a true Swiss just loves that brand

Chantal at self check-outs was very abrasive and curt. Another customer was across from my station & we both were caught off guard by her condescending tone & volume while trying to "education customers" on how NOT to put a bag on bc it makes more red lights for her to clear! Offputting & more than a bit much.

Pharmacy experience has been exceptional. When filling my prescriptions, small errors are quickly picked up on and resolved by the time I come back. Superior customer support and knowledgeable staff. 5 for the painless injections, eg, flu vaccine, etc.

Our number one go to for all our grocery needs, always well stocked and everyting is always fresh

I bought Tim Hortons card at this store and all 3 cards does not work at all. I even checked with different Tim Hortons store and it does not work. They can't even check the balance. I was advised to go back to SAve on Foods store. Store manager did not do a refund nor replaced the cards stated they cannot do anything about it. The cashier in customer service was at least nice to me. Lesson learned do not buy gift cards at Save on Foods.

Huge Save On Foods! They have some specialities produce like fresh turmeric. Amazing. Always love Save - On - Foods

Went to okotoks save on foods at 8pm and everything was closed butcher, bakery and deli
Won't be back

Nice little shop, they seem to have stuff that I can't find elsewhere. Clean with good produce.
