Definitely the better of the clinics in Edmonton. My first appointment went great and I thought this would be a good option for me. Unfortunately every experience after has been a nightmare. Out of three appointments I have had with them, they have missed two of them and when I called to find out what happened I got met with a rude unprofessional assistant. Called back later that day and got a much nicer assistant who seemed to help me but the damage was already done and now I'm fighting to find a pharmacy who is open past 6pm in the middle of Northern Alberta while working 12 hr days with no medication left. Definitely not ok leaving patients with this kind of anxiety especially when there record has been perfect with no relapses in 5 years and on the smallest dose prescribed.
This has been a good reminder of why I hate these clinics and if you can use a family doctor I would use them. To bad all the good doctors are retiring. I definitely miss my family doctor a lot. He was a kind man that understood that each patient has there own unique lives.

From my first visit to this place to get my treatment up until now and most likely from now on, I've been met with absolutely amazing care from every staff member here. If I could give this pharmacy 100 stars I would! Every time I walk in I'm met with a "Hey Miss Fisher. " or a "Hey heather! " with smiles and honestly I feel very welcomed and I don't feel judged whatsoever. My doctor is above the pharmacy and once in a while I will see my doctor in the pharmacy because if patients need to see her after hours she will meet them there. This pharmacy has even extended their store hours the few times I forgot the time they closed and they waited for me! I absolutely love this pharmacy and I feel very welcome every time I go in, they treat me like I'm family, it's amazing. I recommend this place to anyone that I cross paths with now lol

This is a clinic that saves lives. The team are empathetic but not enabling. They are experts in the field of addiction and dependency and they truly care about their patients. If only physicians and emergency rooms in Edmonton would give patients the information for this clinic when they are needing help (some do but not all). My son was terrified of withdrawals and we are both pleasantly surprised at how effectively those are managed. For those seeking help but worried about being sick, please contact this clinic. You will be amazed at how “normal” you feel so quickly. There is a long healing journey ahead however for the first time in years I am hopeful. I am seeing my son laughing, participating and happy for the first time in 3 years. We are both extremely grateful that we found this clinic. The pharmacy staff are also wonderful and very accommodating. “Thank you” just seems not enough but we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts

It's not often you find people who genuinely care about what happens in your life and are interested to help you. Right from the girls up front to the Dr's. And the people downstairs in the pharmacy. If you need a hand with your problems This is the place to go. 100%

Dr Alcaraz Limcango saved my life she believed in me when even I gave up. She didn't judge me she gave me strength to face this journey and I wasn't alone. I can only sing her praises but shes part of a team that without a doubt have her same talents. The front staff have been over the top with their forgiving attitude they work with you not against you this clinic can only be rated top in its class cause they are a class act and I am forever grateful that they came into my life. If your looking for a Dr that treats you with dignity and respect this is the best bar none Thank you Sarvera.

Dr C is the best doctor I've dealt with on my journey. I've been over 7 months clean and have been helped along this journey with the help of the entire team. Dr C truly cares about how I am doing and has gone out of his way several times to ensure that my health is taken care of.

Best clinic I've ever been for any of my issues. They treat me and everyone that's comes it with compassion and care. I feel that this clinic is actually trying to make a difference in today's world

Dr. Limcangco deserves a special shout out though. This woman is literally an angel walking on this earth!

My doctor is Dr. Alcaraz-Limcangco, She is absolutely amazing and has treated me with respect and dignity. She's worked with me on my treatment and answers all my questions and even shows me the results to any of my tests. Out of every single doctor I've seen, only she has consistently treated me great. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for treatment with dignity. The other doctors who work with her are good too. She's even waited an hour past her office hours for me because I either forgot it closed early that specific day or I rushed over near closing time because I can only get a ride an hour before it closes.

I have been going to this Clinic now for around 3 months in that short time I have benefitted quite a bit from the services they provide. All of the Drs. Are very knowledgeable not only are they very good with the treatment of opiate dependence they are very kind and compassionate individuals who truly care about the patients. Thank you very much this is a very nice centre
