Been waiting for Volleyball a lot during Fridays. If you're going to open until 11. At least open more courts for vball. Horrible. And the staff haven't been nice either. It used to be good.

Simply impressive, well taken care of hardwood courts. Washed daily in the morning. Very empty on most mornings if looking just to shoot around in peace by yourself. Opportunity to also use the main gym on Sundays is a blessing to say the least. The only thing that I could respectfully suggest is an upgrade of basketballs available for drop in use. Only one ball (Spalding) is ok #41 but the leather is peeling off on one side. The rest are 28.5size women's and all different brands. Fiba basketballs that are for sale on the Saville/UofA website would be perfect. Would definitely recommend.

If you're gonna hold a mass gathering of youth teams on Saturdays maybe give some leeway on the parking?

Great facility and everything but I know people that refuse to go here strictly because of the parking and I don't blame them

Get there early or you might find yourself without a parking spot, until you are in the residential area past the farm.

Good facility with lots of courts for volleyball and other sports. Very loud due to echoes, bring earplugs. I heard parking was silly, but got lucky and found spots.

Omg it's huge sports centre.there are many sports court like basketball, badminton, tennis, volleyball and gymnastics.and the staff is very nice.all over I say it's nice.i like it very much.

The parking lot situation is pretty terrible if there is a major event taking place. My kid took gymnastics from Ortona and they don't offer additional parking options. Even paid parking is all gone on event days. Sportball on the other hand provides alternative solutions which is so considerate for parents with little ones.

It’s been several times that I wasn’t allowed into the volleyball drop in because apparently they were at “full capacity” but they allowed people to get in for the same drop in. It is very frustrating since I usually wait a little in case I can go in but they tell me I can’t but they allow others to go in. I don’t even see the point of having that many courts if there is always 2 courts for volleyball, one gym completely closed and the third court just unavailable. Make it makes sense.

The parking is atrocious, have to go 20 minutes early just to find a spot so you aren't late for your event. They dont allow spectators to watch even the kinder aged children, in places where there IS ample room for staying 6 feet apart, despite having to prove your vaccinated and wear a mask just to enter the facility.

Good place to play sports. Don't forget your U of A alumni card for a discount. Too bad they don't have a swimming pool or more drop-in hours.

Fantastic facility. Brand new and very clean. Service was not so great. I went with a group of 10 friends to play volleyball in the drop-in time. We arrived at 5: 45 all paid to get in, then saw the main gym was completely packed with no more courts available. The gym beside was set up for volleyball with the lights off, so we asked the staff to turn them on. They said it was for overflow and would open at 7. We told them it was already overflowing but they said it does not matter. It was frustrating we had to pay first to see that the gym was full. To their credit, they opened it up at 6: 15,45 minutes early. That's why I gave three stars, we still sat around for 30 minutes with nothing to do, when we could have been enjoying ourselves. After that everything was great. Awesome facility but they seem to be very strict with rules that don't always benefit the customer.

My family and I do a lot of drop in for basketball. COVID procedures are in place. They check for proof of vaccination with a government issued ID. Reception is very nice and professional.

The facility is lovely but parking is a nightmare especially since they've converted several rows for pay parking.

Haven't been in person; but the facility is currently hosting the Saville Shootout curling spiel and the facility looks wonderful, and I'm thankful they're allowing streaming of it there. Sounds like the place to go in town for the roaring game!

Beautiful facility. Well maintained. Everything easy to find, such as courts, washrooms etc
