I took the Basic Life Support training for the first time. My instructor was Jason Tschetter. He is very knowledgeable and also gets you apply the skills as he teaches the class. He also talks about realistic scenarios and is also up to date with the CPR research and standards. I was happy I got to do this class and it was very engaging and interactive.

Jason Tschetter is a terrific instructor. Breaks things down into easy to remember mnemonics and rhymes.offers great logical explanations. Promotes a team approach and sets people at ease. Erases barriers like rank and seniority. Focuses on the true task at hand. Highly efficient. Evidence based and you are getting the most up to date thinking in the realm of life support. I am a repeat customer for all these reasons. Your 4 hr course will likely be done 1-2 hours earlier.

Instructor is an excellent communicator, I have taken it a few times now and learn something new and valuable every time.

I have gotten my training for bls-hcp here a few times, and the instructor Jason is great. He knows his stuff, and really takes the time to efficiently show us students what to do, and how to remember the bls-hcp steps. He is engaging and professional, and also kind and welcoming. Anytime i have to recertify, i would take the course again here, and recommend to people this organization.

I would highly recommend taking your BLS course here, the instructor was engaging and fun. The course was very hands on and this was amazing because I feel that my ability to recall the information has improved greatly. I am more confident in my CPR skills now. Some of the CPR guidelines have changed in the past year and that was reflected in the course material which I really liked.

Completed BLS-CPR/AED with this academy. I usually complete my BLS with AHS but went outside this time, and my gosh it was so much fun compared to AHS’s. The instructor was informative, experienced, and made the students feel comfortable. Made things simple and without a doubt I felt comfortable with CPR leaving.

This summer I had to take the Standard First Aid + BLS Provider course as per the health and safety requirements of my program. Initially, the 16 hours of coursework seemed a little daunting to me, however, I couldn’t have had a better time learning all of the material. The instructor, Jason, has a great sense of humour, provided the best mnemonics, and gave our group frequent coffee breaks as well. You can tell that he is passionate about the work he does. I’ll definitely be returning to Saving Grace Medical Academy for future recertifications.

This was my first experience doing a first aid course! It was a lot of fun, and I learned a lot of valuable skills! Our instructor, Jason, is a former paramedic and he was extremely knowledgeable! His teaching style also made the course a lot of fun! He is an excellent instructor, and I hope I can be in one of his courses in the future as well! Overall, a fantastic experience! Absolutely wonderful experience. The classes didn't seem overly long as there where breaks in between and Jason, the instructor was very detailed and highlighted key information. The class was most relevant to real life situations. Highly recommend.

Had to get my BLS recertification for the first time since becoming a PCP and I was a bit nervous as I didn’t know what to expect! I was able to sign up for the the class last minute and appreciated that I was able to book over the phone during the evening.

Jason made the class fun while sticking to the point! It was clear that he had lots of real life experience and was a very engaging teacher, which anyone can appreciate. Definitely seemed like someone who’s brain you’d want to pick. I will definitely be back here for future recerts.

This is my second year renewing my Basic Life Support and also second year with Jason. Very competent and knowledgeable with fruit on the tree as a paramedic and instructor. Cuts out all the unnecessary and irrelevant information to make sure we are all trained the same and effective in the event we become the first responders in a situation. Jason is to the point and makes the course interesting and don't worry the whole recertification only took about 2-2.5 hours rather than the allotted 4 hour time slot. Will always go through Saving Grace Medical every year with this high standard of education

I sound like a broken record but Jason gave us the best experience I've ever had during first aid training. I have been in training multiple times and I found it very dull and boring (almost able to put you to sleep.) But with Jason we had alot of good laughs and were able to complete to course in ample time. If you want a course that will keep your team motivated and interested I would highly reccomend their services.

Excellent teaching staff with long years of practical experience. Solid depth of practical experience is evident in the teaching and know how of the topics. The environment is student friendly, relaxed and location easily accessible via 50th Street.

Just to echo all the other reviews on here, Jason was a fantastic instructor. Taking this every year makes it feel repetitive and boring, but Jason actually made it not only applicable and memorable, but dare I say fun? I hope he will be doing AHS next year! Another super plus, this place got me booked in for a next day class when I was in a hurry to get back to work. Awesome experience!

The instructor was very personable and knowledgeable. It was by far, the best First Aid training class I have ever taken.
And I think I may remember the material even easier this time around as he offered a variety of ways to retain it. He employed different rhymes and connected the material concisely which kept it interesting and fresh.

WONDERFUL INSTRUCTOR, great course.very quick to do the BLS/HCP.love that its all hands on instead of a bunch of reading and exams!
