Sbarro

I am such a huge fan of Sbarro, but whatever this brings such a huge disappointment. The pizza we got was really old. We paid an order of breadsticks for $3.59 and the menu clearly states 2 breadsticks for that price but we only received 1, and the lady didn’t give us one when I asked. The pizza was cold and tasted like leftover room temperature party pizza. The spaghetti w/ sauce my partner got was really watery and cold…. Just look at the picture. This was my partner’s first experience and I told him not to base this food on all locations because this is just one of those bad eggs. We will be calling our bank to get our money bank as we paid over $21 for violently bad food.

TERRIBLE food. The spaghetti was drowning in water and was chewy. The pizza was rubbery. She only gave us one bread stick, but that was a blessing in disguise.

Meatballs in the Spaghetti were delicious and so was the Stromboli. Noodles however were a little undercooked and tasted closer to Chinese noodles used in stir fry than spaghettini.
Pizza is decent.

Prices are high for what you get, but it's worth a try if you're craving Italian, just not overly amazing.

NOT A NORMAL SBARRO BEWARE. Saying this food was absolutely HORRIBLE is a complete understatement. I love sbarro for their baked ziti, but I was served over cooked, unflavoured penne pasta with warm canned tomatoes. $18 for the worst food I’ve ever had the inconvenience of putting in my mouth. Garlic bread also somehow was greasy with ZERO flavour. Fountain machine also had no coke or Diet Coke! Just shut down already!

Pizza was great! Fed us when the other places wouldn’t, prices are good. I see some reviews are bad but the lady working the late shift on Oct. 24 was great! Would like them to find a better use for the leftover pizza at closing though, throwing it out is terrible. They should give it to the airport staff working in the cold or flight crews maybe. If your plane is delayed, you may or may not get your food before boarding. Stood in line for 20 minutes to order, took 25 minutes to prepare mediocre food.

Worst experience ever. The lady is very rude. There was an option of full pizza, which she refused to give me. She was insisting that I pay separately. I have family with me, and that's y I was trying to order full pizza. If u r not that hungry, so try to stop somewhere else.

Ate at the yyc location. The two ladies working took forever to serve another customer and myself. The pizza was over priced, undercooked and cold. The pasta was priced reasonably but was also cold. They tried charging me extra for a drink that is included in the combo. Lame

Worst Sbarro experience. Ordered full pizza and this lady in picture was not willing to serve. Took more than 30 minutes to make pizza, dough was not cooked properly, water dripping from middle. She refused to give slice plates or cutlery, so cheap

Asked for two sausage pizzas and lady gave us one Hawaiian and one sausage. I noticed she gave us a hawaiian when I got to my table I got up and politely asked for another sausage pizza. She was making the simple request very difficult and told me “you should have noticed right away that I gave you hawaiian and now you’ve touched the pizza”. Wow. This was incredibly rude considering I was very polite. She was a very rude lady who wouldn’t admit her mistake. If you don’t like working for customer service, why are you still working there? This place should really consider who they are hiring.

Pizza is good, but the seating area is very dirty and a lot of people sitting there that are not eating anything. The staff should only allow customers to sit that are eating food, because otherwise customers that buy food, have no where to sit.

Awful bland plain pizza. Overpriced and poor service. The server got annoyed when I asked for napkins and hot peppers. The pizza had absolutely no taste and costs $7.89 a slice. The owner/operator doesn't know basic customer service. Pizza Pizza or Pizza 73 is better than this place. Just avoid.

I was at the Sbarro location at South Centre Mall. They no longer have one there. I think it’s because of how poor the service there is. I went to that location a few times, and the last time I went there, I informed the person working there about my food allergies, and the jerk completely ignored me, and also didn’t ask me what kind of pizza I wanted. This is a very poor way to treat your customers. I also tried returning unused utensils, and the guy told me to just throw them out. The pizza here isn’t even that good and everything is a bit overpriced. I’d spend my money elsewhere. There’s plenty of good pizza restaurants in Calgary.

Sbarro was really a favorite of mine, so i got excited that they have it in yyc airport, however i was really really disappointed with my pizza, crust is like rock; that hard, really and no taste.

Had salad beer and Stromboli.
Payed ~30 dollars.
There is only salad leaves in the salad.
Some cheese and sous. 10 dollars.
10 dollars for small plate of not super fresh salad leaves.
Stromboli was mostly pastry.

Every time I come to this airport I look at this abs want it, but there’s no prices posted for single slices so I walk away everytime.

We were at 8: 45 and store was going to close at 10. They had few slices of pizza premade and there weren’t any no-meat option. They refuse to take any order that they have to cook for. And the employ had just one answer for all question that this is all we have.
