Scenic Acres Medical Clinic

Been a patient here since i was a child. Unfortunately they wont give my new doctor my medical history. I move provinces and the request for info was sent 2 years ago. Still haven't recieved anything.

Dr. Kordyban is amazing to deal with. He takes time and listens to you and always suggests the best treatment

The receptionist was extremely rude, they love to passed the blame to the patient after what they did wrong (saw other comments, many people had the similar experiences as me). The women who name [Jenny] was yelled at me at the Doctor's office. I was shock and I believe she needs some mental health support. Go there if you wants someone to upset you.

Called to make an appointment with my doctor and was informed she wasn’t working there anymore. Thanks guys. Also heard the receptionists making fun of a patient for having a UTI. Not very professional!

Just found out my doctor doesn’t work there anymore…unfortunately I need medical care, but no other doctors available to take me as a patient. Just help yourself, I guess

Dr Kordyban is hands down the best doctor I have ever met in my life. If he moved to a different city, I would probably move there as well.

Dr. Stukowski has been my family doctor for 20 years. She herself is a good doctor, however the time management of this clinic is so poor. Every appointment I have had I have waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time with today being over an hour past. I eventually just left because I do not have that kind of time to wait. It would have been nice had the receptionists let me know that the doctor was running behind. Instead they led me to the patient room and left me there for an hour.

I have been going here since I was a kid, and I love visiting my doctor, but the front desk staff really frustrates me nearly every time I go. I have had issues with them breaching patient confidentiality in the past, by loudly stating my medical information in the waiting room. Last week I made my appointment for “next Thursday” and I showed up today and apparently my appointment was for Thursday, October 7. There’s no way that was my mistake, yet somehow I take the blame for it and go another week without medications I need. Front desk just needs to do better.

Horrible experience both times I’ve gone. I do not recommend going. Claim to be walk in but turned me away with 2 people in the waiting room. If there is ANYWHERE within an hour of this place it’s worth it to go.

I had such an unpleasant visit. The manager on site was very rude. I forgot my mask and asked the desk for one and the manager rudely asked me to go to the pharmacy to purchase a mask. I find it hard to believe a medical clinic couldn’t provide a mask for a patient.

If you can avoid this place, avoid it. Dr. Kordyban's lack of professionalism was disturbing to me, and not what one should expect from a medical professional. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and some respect.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kodyban's for many years, even before he was at this location. Staff at this location have always been professional and helpful. Always able to get my daughter or I in for an appointment quickly. Fantastic and knowledgeable. Dr. Kordyban always goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable in many areas of medicine. Couldn't ask for a better doctor or medical clinic

I went on Saturday as walk-in, I had to wait 1.5 hours to see the Dr. The Dr was nice, not a regular Dr of the clinic though.

This is the best staff across all positions. Been coming here for years. Competent professional and so friendly. Great job everyone.

Dr. Naidoo is top notch! She takes a personal interest in her clients and their health and well being. Thank you so much Dr. Naidoo, you are the best!

Very unprofessional front desk staff, long wait times even with appointment.will be looking for smth else

Staffs here a very lazy, The clinic is suppose to close at 5 and you come in at 4: 20 and they say they close, it's not the first or 2nd time this is happening, you should be able to do your job till the set time. Not locking yourselfs in there till 5 and locking patients OUT!

I have had multiple experiences at this clinic that have been extremely unpleasant. This is the most unorganized clinic I have ever seen. One time, I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment, they told me they had given my appointment to someone else because they assumed I wasnt going to show up. I wasnt even late. Another time, I went in with two different symptoms/concerns, they said we can only address one, you will need to book and call another appointment for the other concern. When I call to book an appointment, I am often placed on hold for upwards of 20 minutes and sometimes forgotten or have been hung up on. They never call me back with tests results, they forget referrals, you constantly have to call and followup with appointments and referrals. Wait times are terrible, Even with an appointment, Ive had to wait for 35 minutes just to get into the exam room, once I was in, I had to wait another 44 minutes for the doctor to come in, waiting almost an hour and half after my actual appointment time. The staff is very inattentive and short. This is a terrible clinic, I am looking for a new one.

Extremely misinformative information from the secritary about seeing the doctor with an Ontario health card while traveling a cross the country. It's unfortunate that a medical provider will try to scam you for a 50 Dollar service charge to see the doctor when in fact. Their is no charge with a valid health card.
