Our exceptional experience began with Barb Scott meeting with us to hear what our situation was with the home we wanted to sell, and to answer questions and offer solutions. She answered our concerns, but she also made sure we knew she was there for us anytime - anytime we needed more answers and/or support. Considering the emotional stresses of our particular situation, this was really big, really important to us.

We were blown away when Barb presented us with a 'scribing' option that could potentially have saved us a lot of money on the sale had we been able to land a buyer for our property on our own. Close, but no cigar, so we listed. We were over-whelmed when we had a buyer on the second day of the listing! From then on, we watched Barb navigate the offer to its final conclusion, guiding and supporting us along the way. Very detailed! Very professional! Very impressive! Barb is good, and she cares!
