I brought my truck for servicing on a Saturday and was told that couldn't get to it until Thursday, Got a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up on Wednesday. Super impressed with the service department

This pains me as my sales experience was so great, but something is clearly not working for them with the way their service department is run. I live an hour away and drove in for my service appointment at 10. My 1 hour install ended up taking 5 hours. Then when my vehicle was finally ready the shuttle driver couldn’t come pick me up from the local mall for half an hour. Ended up paying for cab so I could get home to feed my starving baby.
