For an older downtown building it is great to see Scotia starting to undergo some upgrades - apparently there is going to be a WeWork in here after - will be fun to see if that happens.

Make parking free and you would probably see shoppers. See how Chinook is always teeming with people. They dont pay exorbitant parking fees like you charge.

Can't wait to see what the big FACE LIFT to all the property around here does for revitalization of the area

A nice little area to do some shopping the locals are really polite when you going to their stores and they really do want to try to help you so you can get that little special thing that you can't find anywhere else

Under a lot of renovations right now. Looks like it’s going to be amazing. Shops and Guru still open

This mall is being renovated, and I understand it's a roughly 3 year project. In the meantime there's very few stores, and the interior is a mess. Really no point in going there the way it is now imo. And it's pretty much homeless central.

Just visited The Bay, at Scotia Centre today, first class store, great value! Bought queen sheet set, 60% off!

Actually went to Hudson Bay. Great store. Really enjoyed my visit to this large department store. They have almost everything. Prices are good. Lots of helpful people.

Security is for some reason very rude and aggressive. Very confrontational against myself and my husband when we were trying to find a store. It is needless and should be reviewed by management.

Stephen Avenue Place is currently undergoing major renovations on the retail floors.
Sandwiched between 7th and 8th Ave you get to experience a wide mix of people. Drug users, violent criminals, aggressive pan handlers, mentally ill.

A perfect place for shopping.safe and well located in the city.prices a bit high but theyre ok for the quality of products.

This place is dying. I wonder after this renovation, what the space will become. It may be the nail in the coffin, or it'll help bring interest to the mall. Either way, they need to get rid of the vagrants who loiter on the main floor and scare actual paying customers away. Do not recommend coming here after business hours. Honestly, there isnt.much here besides the SAIT Market and London drugs Express.

The entire place has huge potential but with high property taxes and increased rent rates it deflates the excitement, let people create the excitement and watch the revenue flow in, but no, empty stores are the norm.hopefully the renovations will bring brilliance and commerce.crossing my fingers. It's the hub of the city, act like it!

You can shop for wine, get a pizza and wait for your taxes to get done while watching sports at Yavis!
