Definitely a bank of convenience.for them.
Everyone is pleasant enough when things are working. But when issues arise they become condescending and useless. May as well just use the cheapest internet bank you can find with the best rates at least you'll be getting what you pay for.

*Update. I was wrong. The people on the call service and corporate were terrible. The people in the branch where wonderful! They corrected the issues right away and took the time to work through everything I needed. It was a pleasure to deal with the whole team at the branch.just don't try calling, you have to go in.

This is my only bank. They provide good service.
All the staff is super friendly and very polite.
Usually takes long time to get appointments here but i got it on same day for myself.
They don't make you wait for any thing unless they are busy with some other customer.
They have a waiting area in the bank for the customers.
The doors are automatic in case of a handicapped person.
Always a fresh aroma inside bank premises and the parking lot is big.
They also has facility of drive thru.

The worst place to do banking with. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to be told when I reached there that there is no adviser available to help me. Then I was told that someone will call me at 12: 30 on Tuesday. I got a call at 12: 15 which obviously i couldn't pick up because i was working. No voicemail left and nobody contacted me after that. Worst customer service ever. I don't understand how they handle people's money when they're missing the basic manners.

I have been with branch for many years even after I moved out of the area and every time I had to go in to do anything, they are not helpful at all. Customer Service is horrible, today I changed locations. Happy that I don't have to go there anymore!

This is my home branch, and where I got my first debit and credit card. All the staff here are super friendly, helpful and respectful. Lines are rarely long, and if they are, they move really quick. Everyone is awesome here, and I couldn't be happier to bank with Scotia.

Terrible customer service. Roneel does not return phones calls or emails promptly, it usually takes him 2-3 days or you have to email or call again. Leighton (branch manager) did nothing to help, but was very good at defending his staff. So if you want to work and do a half a$$ job, maybe you could apply there? I wish zero stars were possible.
