Can never speak to someone on the phone. Goes to a call centre. When asked for a number to speak to someone in the branch they provide the wrong numbers or numbers that do not go to anyone. Cannot locate an actual number on the internet. Then the call center say to just walk in to the branch. Thanks tips. I want to call to avoid an unnecessary drive in. Whenever i go in I am dismissed and they say everyone is busy. Looking around there are no customers. Guess you don't want my business. Very happy with midpark branch though.
Mackenzie at the branch is amazing! She is extremely helpful every time I go in, super efficient and friendly. Every time I go in and deal with her its always a pleasure.:)
The manager who says her name is Jessie Souza (sp?) is terrible. We have recently moved to the area and have used this branch a couple of times. She should not be in customer service and she definitely should not be a manager. She is not able to solve any problems. She rolls her eyes at customers.
I dealt with his branch for 3 hours in an attempt to pay 2 bills which should take 3 minutes. On top of that they and their 3rd party still pulled the amount out the next day. So even though I payed on time they will not refund the money, and I will be receiving NSF fees. This is why I have left Scotiabank. ATB in the other hand have me a phone call first this this morning to alert me to this and will be reducing the NSF fee (one time). Thank you ATB.
