The individual I that spoke to lied to me. Told me I had to go all the way back to Edmonton to fix my online banking. But I fixed it in Canmore. Don't bother going here. Bunch of liars.
I wasn’t able to open a bank account because the managers were busy with meetings. I took a look at the managers workspaces and they were doing nothing. Next available date was 2 business days later.
Worst Branch Ever, Avoid and choose another one. They dont care, they never communicate back. I have left multiple messages and emails and never contacted back.
I use Tangerine which uses ScotiaBank atms. Well I work during business hours so basically I never get access to the atms because they lock the doors at 5pm! What's the point of an ATM? !
Horrible customer service, one staff member in particular is always condescending, rude, looking at too much of my personal info, and giving useless, not requested advice and then refusing to help with the simple banking task I require, when asked why he could not help with this task he continued to lie to me about ‘new procedures’ which I checked out with my own branch and was told is not the case. This man needs to be fired.
This has to be some of the WORST customer service I have ever had. I am completely disgusted by the lack of care, and the consistent bad attitudes. Managers are fine to step in when there is a hostile clerk, but that shouldn't be an issue in a bank? ! Rude staff; work on your people skills.
They are running a scam at this place. I left a $500 in the account just to find it was completely gone in just 3 years and they proceeded to close the account and run it against my credit for negative fees. The account was free when I signed up but according to the person on the phone the policy was changed and I should have been notified (but I never was).
