Very disappointing I have never been to a bank with worse service Staff is unwilling or don't know how to help clients It appears they waste a lot of people's time and are more concerned with the mood of people then they are willing to help them. I was told by one of the staff they didn't like the way I walked in. That's their concern not customer service I have requested a meeting with the regional manager over these concerns but have not and likely will not hear back. The problems with this branch exist top to bottom Looking at moving all my assets from Scotia. I am truly shocked at the ineptness of this branch. It seems i need to give them a star to post this. One star is much more than they deserve
Here is a follow-up: after multiple requests to speak with someone in management; regarding the staff's belief that they have the right to scream and shout at customers, I received an e-mail saying "someone will be in touch" Again; I am truly shocked that staff believe they have a right to shout at customers in a demeaning manner
They are very friendly. The location hours are not convenient, so you have to plan ahead. When there they have always been able to answer questions and help.
I deal with Amy Scott at Scotiabank Camrose and I can't say enough about her level of knowledge, kindness, patience and advice. Every time I have a question, request or concern, she gets back to me in a timely fashion, does her absolute best to help me solve the problem, and recommends products or other people to speak to if she can't fix it for me.
I go all the way to Camrose from Sherwood Park just to see her, because she always provides excellent service - and is just all around a wonderful human being. I highly recommend Amy, she really cares about her clients and knows her stuff!
I had no idea that anything would be this bad of an experience.but now I know because I had to deal with Scotia bank camrose. I will go out of my way to tell as many people as possible. I am taking all my business elsewhere
It appears either the bank severely lacks staff training or suffers from performance mgt issues. Wasted 2 hour round trip only to have the teller provide false directions to call visa from home, when the account clearly dictated the bank call visa with customer present.
