Closed at 4pm Scotiabank? How is the common costumer supposed to access your services if you are closed before they get off work?

Rudest service I've ever experienced in my life. This older Scotia employee is wandering around the interior trying to "assist" people, but all she does is give us a hard time. I was wondering what happened to money that had been transferred to my account, so She insisted that we open our phone and show her our bank account history because she was convinced our eyes must not have seen what she insisted would be there. When I entered my password incorrectly to login, she made an insulting remark that "if I couldn't remember my own password, then it's probably not the banks fault your money isn't there". Ever heard of typos, lady?

Well guess what, after logging in on my second attempt, I check the history AGAIN, and the money wasn't there. Upon further investigation it looks like Scotia did misplace our money, and simultaneously gave us the surliest attitude I've ever experienced anywhere. The days not even over, and I'm switching banks. Worst location ever.
