Scotiabank

I went in and was very clear as to what I would like done to my account (reopen my old account because i locked it because i lost my card). Instead the lady helping me opened a new account without letting me know, disabled my ability to access my old account, blamed her inability to setup my scotia online banking due to the fact that it wasnt connected to internet even though it clearly was (i set it up in second upon getting home), and rushed me as if I wasn't a customer throughout the entire process so now I must go in again and try to sort this all out. I would not suggest coming to this bank as the employee helping me was very rude and seemed to be in a complete rush whilst helping me.

I was served 8 minutes before closing for a large value bank draft using just my driver's license and it was executed with kindness, expediency and respect. I was processed without a hitch, and left 10 min after closing. The bank manager even held the door for me. Thanks for the experience!

The staff is not helpful and everyone who works there is trying to lay their duties on other people. They told me to contact my home branch which is in nova Scotia and even when I did that and told them what happened the lady who was working there was rude and refused to help me.

I went in to withdrawl 40$ from the tellar as my wallet was in my gf's vehicle and didnt have id or cash for the day. The manager told me no. As i persisted to say that this is my money and i want it he said if i didnt leave he would call the police and tell them i threatned him, Which didnt happen. One the other ladys being helped by another teller looked at me and said if the police come ill tell them hes lying. He persisted to kick me and the lady out.
