Best teller works here. A Seasoned teller told me at the Centre St N location that because of a legit write off ages ago I had to reactive my account and get a new card at my main branch halfway across the city (MacLeod Trail location). I had to dispute a charge on the 1-800 number a couple days before, they cancelled my card, locked up all my banking over the weekend and told me to go to any branch where that incompetent teller at Centre St N told me she can't help. When I arrived at my main branch half-way across the city by transit, the teller had no idea why the other was sending me there. We had a good laugh about stupid people not wanting to do their jobs, got my accounts unlocked, got a new card and left happy after dealing with the very nice lady at the MacLeod Trail location. Koodo's to you but I never caught your name. Thanks!

I came to make a reservation but no one helped me. The staff helped customers who arrived late.

I was really pleased to visit this branch, and i feel i made the right choice.

I tried to call the branch, it is impossible! I finally after a 25 minute hold for the call Center. They said I needed the branch so they put me in co tact with a persons voice mail who was on holiday. There is no way for a customer to call the branch and speak to a human. Exceedingly frustrating!

I have requested statements needed for court for an account I had closed a year ago. Tania Hamilton stated it would take a few business days to have them. It's been now two weeks and no statements. The worst is that Tania didn't bother replying to my two follow up emails to at least update me on the status of these statements, not even after I walked into the bank and followed up myself with another staff member. This level of service is worse than in a third world country.

The employees are very rude. This bank does not care about their customers.

It's my favorite bank and supports all of my banking needs. Friendly and helpful staff.
