Used to get great small business service here. Andrea was fantastic! Devin took over her role and has been absolutely atrocious. Tried to speak to him many times about a loan or line of credit for the business, provided all information he requested, and after weeks and weeks on end, multiple times, I would reach out to only find out he was away or hadn't done anything. After about 6 months, I requested to change home branches because of his neglect. He couldn't even be bothered to tell me that my request had been completed. This guy doesn't give "2 cents" about his clients. Small business has no meaning to this guy. Never dealing there again. Stay away. Hopefully this new branch is better or we just may move away from scotia all together.

This branch will single handed make you pull your accounts. I have been at this branch for 25 years almost, the lady today didn’t even bother to look into a limit increase, wouldn’t give me the cash I wanted to withdrawal because of the amount, and charged me a fee to give me a draft to take to another account.

This branch used to be fantastic, but the staff turn over there more then weather changes in Calgary. Save your self a hassle and go to a different branch or even banking group all together
