Very nice staff always very helpful great service shanaya was very helpful with my banking needs

They are getting lazier than ever. Want everyone to use the bank machine even when seniors don't want to. Keep pushing it. Getting crazy that won't let family members help seniors that don't want to go out. Not impressed by any means. No wonder there is no line up but I bank at Royal bank and there is lineups most of the time.

Won't certify a cheque from the Athabasca branch.
In this day and age there is no excuse for this.
All it would take is a phone call.
Now I have to drive to Athabasca.
