Banked here for about 5 years I didn't know that I only had 12 transactions and they charge without a limit after that I didn't get a call saying I went over for all of the 5 years and my service charge has been in the 100$ range each month I brought this up to the banker and they gave me 50$ back after that I canceled my account and not showing me my banking they charged me for a bunch of stuff to close the account which is weird because my bank balance should have been enough to pay off all my credit
