They didn't approve my mortgage despite being a very longtime customer, good credit and solid down payment. This was a few years ago when interest rates were all-time low. Went to TD and approved right away. Now I have multiple properties. Scotia missed alot of business. Unprofessional people at this branch

I haven’t had an issue until today. The customer service was disappointing. The lady that was helping me. Before even calling me up. She took her time in talking with a customer that wasn’t at her till. After calling me up she never made eye contact through the entire process. After I put the card in. She never asked what I needed help with and focused on the customer at the till beside me. Talking to him about life. I had to interrupt their conversation to get what I needed done at the bank. And even after she just handed me the receipt and didn’t say anything for when I was leaving. Even after I said thanks have a good day. She just continued talking to the customer beside me.
