Manager (Olena) avoiding to provide the same services like other SB branches. Probably lack of experience or understanding.

Terrible customer service by Olena the Customer Experience Lead. Second time dealing with her and both times I felt like I am in some third world country by her aggressive behavior and attitude. Scotiabank needs to seriously look into training or hiring more competent Customer Service personnel.

They refused to open an account only because the adress on the document is from Ontario, weird.
I went to the nearest TD Bank and they opened it, go TD.
