Dear@ Scotiabank Kindly Get your Staff More Training, So that they know How to Print Balance Letter, i went in this Branch today The Branch Manager and one Member of their Staff couldn’t figure out how to print Balance Certificate. After 15-20 minutes of struggle when they couldn’t help me i had to go to the other branch and they Closed at 4: 00Pm, it was urgent now have to wait for tomorrow. Disappointed.
