Frustrating experience and poor customer service. Can’t call the branch directly to make an appointment and when important information or requirements are not made clear by the person making the appointment, the branch simply responds with “that’s our policy”. No empathy, no explanation, no apology. Especially when you are having to do additional work, make additional appointments, etc. Again, just very frustrating and would prefer not to return if I didn’t have to.

I always get always a welcome you scotia bank sometimes I don’t get the same from others. They always thank me for coming in same as welcoming to Scotia bank it always doesn’t happen. One lady always smiles. Not all the time I get this service at this location
