Terrible experience, I wish I could give them zero star. Their advisors have zero customer service skills, they know exactly how to ruin your day.

Ravneet’s high efficiency standards are commendable.
It was an awesome experience for me at the bank where my requests were serviced with utmost professionalism.

Could have given 0 ratings if I could. Overall the bank is Sucker Bank and the branch is cherry on top of that. Worst service ever their digital services are like of stone age. Grow up!

Customer service is awesome, All girls are very welcoming in nature.front desk, her name is Ravneet she is best one. No doubt, speechless services.

I was stuck between contact Center and branch for one of my banking need for more than 3 weeks. I went to batch this morning again and teller revielia (Spelling could be wrong for her name) at the front counter assisted me. She was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She was also doing multitasking while on hold with contact Center to make sure other customers don’t have to wait much in line. Kudos to her.

Love this location. Staff are friendly and service is fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

Ridiculous service, ignorant and unhelpful.
I wouldn't recommend to anybody. Planning to move all my and my family accounts to another bank.

I went to Scotiabank because I wanted a credit card with low interest rate Ravneet informed about one that is zero percent for 6 months. When my card came in she helped me transfer a balance from an old credit card to Scotiabank. No one else was able to help me with simple information, the other employees looked at me with a
blank expression.

Ravneet has alot of knowledge, she is helpful and very polite I recommend booking appointments with her.

After reading all the reviews it seems employees should be better trained at this location, if it would not have been for Ravneets knowledge I wouldn't have been happy.

While opening an account was great, it's after that communication went downhill. Ria, a senior advisor, had set up my account but after that I sent 2 emails because that is her preferred method of communication and I have not heard back for almost 2 weeks now. Disappointed in the service.

Saying that we had a great overall experience at Skypoint Scotiabank would be an understatement. Our account rep Nafisa provided us with Everything we needed and followed up on questions diligently. We feel Nafisa is one of the best account rep we had so far. We would highly recommend Scotiabank Skypointe and Nafisa.

Absolutely ridiculous service, ignorant and unhelpful, just kept referring me to my home branch for things I was promised on the phone at any branch. Unproffesional and very conceded, I would not recommend this branch to my worst enemy
