Can't believe how useless these people are at doing their jobs. I cancelled an overpaid credit card on the phone and customer service told me to pick up the cash at the branch, but then the branch told me to call back and ask for a bank draft instead. Does this bank not have any cash? Hope they bankrupt soon.

All I wanted was to call a location to see if I could pick up a bank card that was mailed to them? Can't reach the location and need to go through a far off call centre, who doesn't know what I am talking about. I'm just going to have to walk over there. I think we can do better here Scotiabank.

I went there for opening an account & the advisor Mrs. Shamim was quite helpful and explained in detail about the packages and offers over there.

Overall good experience.

USELESS TELLERS. Was just chatting and was not even listening to my inquiry. DO NOT go to this branch.

The tellers and manager here are sooo sketchy. She's literally harassing the client next to me to upgrade his account when he doesn't need it cause he said he doesn't use it much, what the heck is wrong with the workers here

Absolutely totally impossible to actually reach and speak to bank personnel and I am calling from Asia so you can imagine what a week's calls cost me! Constantly on hold for more than 30 mins at a time and vervhavecreached anyone with a dozen numbers absolutely disgraceful service for an account holder

I recently opened an account at Scotiabank and was directed to this location to pick up my new bank card because it’s closest to my home address. The staff were wonderful. I dealt with 3 different staff members and all were friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing bad to say here.

Went to this branch after having a very poor experience trying to replace my bank card at another downtown location. The customer service rep that helped me was very nice, and did the task in a timely matter. As I explained my experience at the other location, she was empathetic and apologetic for what I went through which I really appreciated. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she made a task that I was dreading and already stressed out about, easy and pleasant.

I went in at 2pm to deposit a cheque, the staff were prompt and VERY friendly. Even little chats to other customers etc. Great to see in amongst these crucial times. Keep up the good work!

Front desk staff was rude. The associate threatened not to help because I was asking calmly for the resolution that Scotiabank told me I only needed to go into the branch to settle. After being inexcusably rude, the assistant manager eventually gave me most of what the call center said they could do for me once I argued that there's no reason for them to offer a lesser solution than their phone associates for half an hour. Disappointing, since this is the closest branch to me. Made me consider switching banks.

Dropping off some iTrade application forms on behalf of my company this morning. There was a gentlemen went out from his office asked me what I need, the moment I walked in to this location, I guess he might be the brunch manager. Also introduced me to Syed (the business account manager) to help me go over the applications make sure everything was right. I was treated very well considering I didn't book an appointment.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had to endure in my whole life. They were incredibly racist and rude towards me. The lady who spoke to them was unecessarily inquisitive and was practically prying into personal matters and was extremely disrespectful. I wish I could give this bank zero stars. Never going there again. Ever.

This is my wifes branch, i keep asking her to come over to CIBC as they make things so easy to do, un like here where you ask for some thing and its like pulling a tooth. So Scotiabank i really do hope you go out of bissness and soon, your staff are rude and dont know anything about there custumers. Would i tell anyone to bank here, Not in a million years. CIBC thats where its at. And my issue is they keep giving my wifes money to people that she dont even know.

One of the worst downtown bank for sure. I won’t bring deposits to this branch anymore. They mess things up way too frequently and enjoy playing the blame game amongst employees. Branch manager Alison Minty is a numbscull! All other managers know the banks a joke and do nothing to improve it.

The one bright spot is the teller named Andrew.this young man has a bright future and will fully succeed whenever he decides to exit that dive!

Just spent my lunch hour replacing a lost bank card. Went to buy lunch with my new card and discovered it isn't attached to any of my bank accounts and checked online to see that my old card was never cancelled.

Worst bank and worst customer service. Everything here is customers fault and they have no clue. ATM outside the bank doesn't work. No reason to give even a star.

I have banked cotiabank my entire life. Recently having switched office locations I have been using this location as my go-to. This branch has HANDS DOWN the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are never more than tellers on at once, the lines are no less than mins, and the manager Rhett is rude and flippant, making customers feel as tho we are wasting his time as he wanders around the branch not assisting with long lines, customer frustrations or resolution. This is a terrible representation of Scotiabank and will not return to this disaster of a branch.
