Rima has great experience I have never had an experience like this at any bank in Canada. She is one of the best at this branch. I would like to thank her for helping me today.she is very humble, and polite.

I deal with Geeta at this branch who is awesome. She is friendly, co operative and very helpful.
But i had a bad experience at the branch with the customer service supervisor (Anupama Acharya). Geeta was on holidays at the time and I went in to book an appointment for my senior mother whose mortgage was coming up for renewal. She refused to book an appointment for her saying that they needed her bank card to book an appointment (Although i had the mortgage number on a Scotiabank mortgage document.)
So i totally understand the privacy laws but i was not asking for any personal information, just wanted to book an appointment for her. I ended up booking an appointment at another Scotiabank branch and they were happy to renew the mortgage for her.
I hardly ever leave reviews but the help I was provided today was amazing. I went today to learn more about my accounts. The advisor helping me was Dilawer. He was kind and made sure the information provided to me made sense. I honestly felt very comfortable speaking with him and left my appointment feeling more confident and knowledgeable about my bank accounts. I would definitely go back to him for my banking needs.
All the bad reviews is 100% right and if they have zero star i would give them such a disgusting service and rude people will never step in that branch anymore
The ATM machine ate my moms money and when we went to the desk she was told that there was nothing that they could do for her and that they’ed have to wait a week until the 3rd party company came to open the machine and then maybe it would be there.
Absolutely useless as a bank. 5 years with them and cant even borrow 200$ till payday. Perfect credit with them and have 2 jobs with constant money in and out.charge you 30$ a month to hoard your money and and charge you service fees for nothing. Offer new clients rewards to sign up and never get it. Burn old clients. Useless unless you want to slowly give them all your money. Any other bank can do better.
Very Poor inaccurate customer Service provided by Navneet Sandhu Financial Advisor fail at professional level Due to that i loose bonus $300 to open a New Account at Scotia Banks due to that i guess Green is Better than Red bank Services
I received a copayable cheque from my insurance company and I was told that I would get the balance due within 5 to 10 business days. Hopeless bank it’s been one month I did not get my money and I am still calling customer service for this issue but all in vain. Really disappointed. Very rude behaviour on the part of the manager. Nadeera.this is not what we expect to hear from a manager that she has wasted enough time on us and does not want to waste more time.
Why is it so hard for them to do a simple request? Like printing out a monthly statement, without having a snarky attitude or a threat to charge a ridiculous amount. For a simple piece of paper that took all of two seconds to produce.
So far, for a “Business Account”, you want people that actually care, follow-up and some what have your best interests. This unfortunately is not the case here at Castleridge branch. I’m being bounced back & forth between the branch and the in-line. I have filed 3 complaints so far for a manager to call me back and it’s been 2 months! Do yourself a favour and avoid Scotiabank at any cost.
I came to pay a bill I can't find ot on the most common payee's list which is AMA crazy right but anyways I came here at 1: 40 twenty minutes before they are closing I notice there is abit of a line up not much people just a few. The worker comes out n tells me we can't help you therr is alot of people inside as well amd we are done at 2p.m. I don't know why I keep coming here they are extremely rude. They don't value customers and they would never go out of their way to try help people. I wont be coming here no more I suggest everyone else does to stay away avoid frustration.
This is the worst branch ever. No greeting to customers! Extreme rude attitude! I wish I can give it 0.00001 star! Unbelievable! This is the first time I dealt with Scotia bank trying to open an account with them and I felt unwelcomed! I never set my feet to this branch! Wow!
This Scotiabank used to be the best Taco Bell in the city. There was something about the beef in the tacos. It was just better than anywhere else. I think they had staff who actually really cared, they took good care of that beef.
Five stars in memory of the greatest Taco Bell this city has ever seen. You will be missed.
