If I had the option I would give them 0 star. Extremely rude customer service, they’ll do the mistake and won’t own it and put the blame back on customer. I have been with Scotia bank for last 10 years but this bank location is worst. Please avoid, specifically Mr Haroon.

Bank has closed ATMs space in building and no cash in drive thru, should not offer services if can't provide them properly to not waste people time.

Absolutely the worst of the chartered banks in Canada! Requested a cash withdrawal and she said it would take them 8 to 10 business days to get us the cash!? !? ! OUR cash! LOL From OUR bank account! It’s unbelievable! That’s longer than it takes to get a loan! DO NOT put your money in this bank!

Rajni Samaru at this branch is the worst worker i have ever seen. She never deal properly with her customers. She always fails to reply back to her customers. Very bad experience at this branch please avoid if possible.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to your staff member Ayodeji Fapojuwo. This is just a professional in his field, in my opinion, for 12 years of living in Canada, this is really one of the best specialists I have met. He is just a great person and super professional. I will recommend this brunch and this employee to everyone.

I had gone to bank today. There was no teller so random guy informed me that there is only one representative in branch who will be busy with customer for 45 mins. It is so weird at bank they don't have a teller or customer service person to do just simple things like verifying I'd for account opening. You people should might as well close the branch

If I can give I will not even give even 1 star. I went 9: 30 which is opening time on the website in the morning one sleeping lady approch and said its closed will open 10: 30, it's mean if you need to see what is actual timing you need to go to the bank because they don't follow web page timing. Haha what a waste of time to go this kind of clown place, I think scotia like my suggestion should rename this as clown place, it's -25 degree today.

Can they deposit a cheque? Sure. Can they access your account? Sure. Are they doing the full responsibilities of a bank and provide good service? Unfortunately no. Too many times we've received far less than average service. Staff is usually less than knowledgeable, and defer simple tasks to others. Not enough common sense, too little experience. We've kept our home branch at this location for 5 years, and that was 5 years too long. Definitely recommend banking at a different Scotiabank.

We've even had several things confirmed with other Scotiabank branches, that this branch said wasn't possible, which cost us money through lost investment income. Like I said, they can provide bare bones service, but other branches seem to be WAY more knowledgeable and helpful. Flat out been told incorrect banking practices and information directly from this branch. How does that happen? Aren't you supposed to be the ones that know this stuff?

You should say in the hours there are no tellers in the building on saturdays. What a waste of time and then youre closed so early everyday. I don't want to make a deposit into a machine that then holds my money. Also don't ask me what im doing there as soon as I walk in the door in front of a bunch of other people. I like my privacy thanx.

I have multiple loan with them, always been good customer good payments, went for help and advice but the girl i meet only took 5 minutes to tell me nothing to do didn't even give me advice or anything worst customer service ever, if i go see you because i need advice

I've never been with a bank so unwilling to work with customers. I was working out of town and was going to be a day late depositing funds into my basic account for a insurance payment. They said it would not be an issue and that the payment wouldn't go through until the following day. Well the payment did go through and I was 0.85 cents short and ended up with an NSF. Thanks guys!

Bank manager need some more training how to deal with customer. This is the branch where I’m disappointed dealing with the bank manager. So finally I closed my accounts and line of credit after 7 years. Bank manager dealing is very unprofessional with the customers.

Branch Manager + Tellers are extremely under trained. I was told information from them and when I called and spoke with a member of their financial team was told something different. I wouldn't recommend this branch.

Ridiculous experience they suppose to reach me on phone for banking they booked an appointment for 10.45 of May 6. If You guys are not able to do your job i will take my business somewhere where they give importance to there job

I have been dealing with this branch for the past two years and can’t say enough good things about my financial advisor, Marianne Lao! She is very warm, friendly, professional,
and knowledgeable and has always tried to accommodate my needs efficiently. She is the best financial advisor I’ve dealt with at any of the major banks, and I’d recommend her highly to anyone looking for an advisor who is friendly, listens to your needs, and takes care of them quickly and efficiently. If I can give 0 I will. This branch doesn’t care about customer service. The Branch manager said he used to work with TD and TD treat customer the same way that I cannot even close my bank account unless I go to home branch! Excuses me? It is the first time I heard this, ironically I am a former employee at TD too. And TD doesn’t treat customer this way at all! I am closing all my banking including investments because of this experience with a teller named Claudia - who tell me because I forget my card at home so I have to replace a new card in order to do any transactions.

Now I really understand why Scotiabank is always the bottom ranking of big fives.

Poor customer experience and untrained staff. Really disappointed with this branch and their whole system.

Quick and efficient. Gave my 5 year old a colouring book and some crayons while I deposited a cheque and some money. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

I experienced terribly rude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff named Moizan or Moissan.whatever. He should learn at least some kind of basic customer relationship skills. Never visit this branch again because of this guy.

Withdrew twice from the drive through ATM with one bill missing half of it each time. I just wanna know what was the person putting the money in the machines thinking?

People are dump enough to just withdraw money from their won accounts and can't use this money just because you got some unusable money in the bank. How is this a customer's mistake?

I am switching the bank for sure after this. The star here is just to be able to comment not that you deserve it.

If I could give no star for this review I would. Let's start by this bank did NOT explain all the "procedures" when a new account was opened. Not one but two customers said the same thing regarding explanations of procedures. They like to keep your funds so you can't access when needed. I work hard for the money I make, and they are in no position to hold that from me! They literally held a $45.00 TD Insurance check and wouldn't release it when called. After visiting this specific location, one of their employees found it ridiculous that the manager wouldn't release it. As stated in their procedures, they release up to $100 after a deposit is made. They seem to bounce all over the place with procedures and treat their customers horribly. After the second issue with funds being withheld and the way we were treated by the manager at the branch we decided to close our account right then and there. It was October 4th, 2018, and the manager wanted to charge me the full monthly fee for October. What a Joke! Their call center can't do anything for you over the phone, all they ever say is visit your home branch. Why the heck have a call center then? I thought Scotiabank had improved in customer service from years ago, clearly they haven't!

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. It's nice knowing you can go to a place and receive excellent service.
