I have been very impressed with my account manager Caterina Sorensen at Scotia 5149 Country Hills NW. She has been my account manager for a couple of years. She is very professional and provides outstanding client service.

The entire staff at Scotia Bank at 5149 Country Hills are very good.

Worst location ever, Scotiabank raises their fees every year for chequing accounts and this location fails to provide the service you pay for. The doors are always locked when you try to goto the ATM, and then it says goto the drive through ATM where the the drive through ATM will tell you cash withdrawals are " currently unavailable" what a joke.

Front CSR today was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me solve a banking problem. She also asked her colleague for assistance and he went above and beyond as well to make sure that I could solve my problem. He shared how he had personally solved the same issue in his personal life. I really appreciate both their efforts to help me, especially considering it wasn't going to increase my business with Scotiabank.

Scotiabank is consistently terrible across the country and this location is no exception. Neither the branch manager nor corporate in Toronto will bother to read or respond to these online reviews.

Absolutely the worst customer service and perhaps the most incompetent mortgage specialists ever! Stay away from these jerks at all cost

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Had an situation occur with our account & they would not believe my wife that it was an error. They sent me to the bank where the error occurred & they informed me there was nothing they could do, it had to be handled by Scotiabank. I proceeded to the Royal Oak location. I had the matter dealt with immediately & they believed me. So long story short, you want great service, GO TO THE ROYAL OAK BRANCH! They were fantastic!
