It was my first experience and it was excellent. Bought a new under water camera for my next diving trip. Great selection online, but more importantly, friendly and knowledgeable customer support. I dealt with Cheryl and for all I know, she may be the whole customer support. It was real pleasure dealing with her. She responds promptly to emails and phone calls and is very knowledgeable about products. No issues with shipment. All in all, a totally satisfying experience. Highly reccomended.

Shipping took longer than normal because it came from the US. I had thought I had bought from a Canadian company. Excellent product though.

They had stock of some of the harder to find underwater camera parts I needed, which is awesome for a Canadian store! Shipping was immediate and the items arrived on time and as described.
