Before you take your vehicle for service, make sure you are aware of Toyotas recommended service intervals and what services arw required and when. This dealership takes it upon themselves to charge you for services not required per intervals. Zero explanation or service quotes provided so work being done. They just hit you with big bills and fake sorry.
Dropped in one day to get brake parts and I got what I needed and the one thing I couldn't get he sourced out from a local auto parts store and had me on my way.that's a dealership in my books!
Bernardo is probably the best salesman I will ever enjoy dealing with. He works in the pre owned department. He sold me a car in 2018 at another dealership and I will support & follow him to wherever he goes. He’s not a regular commission hungry sales guy. He genuinely wants you to get a good vehicle and one you can actually afford. He will continue to help you beyond & I can’t thank him enough.
Disappointed is an understatement I take my credit very seriously they have a older toyota tacoma for says on the website available for financing and fill out the pre approval woch I unfortunately did then they inform me tge vehicle is not even available for financing so they pull a credit check on a vehicle only able to purchase with cash then were not able to give me any straight answers

Best experience in a long time They Remove my tidy tank for me on to the new truck and everything that was inside But because of the late day they let me have a loner overnight Everything was transferred over the next day at no extra cost And all of this done with a smile I recommend them anytime

This is not a one star for Sean Sargent Toyota, but for Toyota.
We bought a 2016 Toyota Prius new from Sean Sargent. Today we found out this car will need at least $5,000 of work due to a blown head gasket and 12V battery that is also dead, after we just spent $600 on new brakes. Last year we also needed to replace the windshield due to rock damage - $1,200 for that.
The vehicle has six months of payments remaining, and is barely past the warranty period at just over 120,000km. Imagine yourself in our situation.
This is a warning that today's Toyota's are not what they were once known for. This is a known problem in Prius and there is no recall, meaning the customer is saddled with the tremendous cost.
As well, the vehicles warning systems did not alert us about any of these issues when they initially happened. We found out the old fashioned way of smoke out our tailpipe, loss of heat/air conditioning, and discovered coolant was vanishing rapidly.
Bought used car back in November 2021. Nathan with sales was a great person to deal with. Honest and transparent and ready to help. The only thing I regret I should off take better look at mechanical condition of the vehicle. I always preferred to buy car from a dealership, as they claim their vehicles pass mechanical inspection before it goes for sale. In this case in my opinion they were more concerned about cosmetic then mechanical site. I hade to pass out of province inspection in order to register in BC, which it failed and had to pay additional $900, on top of that it has major engine leak, which I still have to to find out how much it’s going to cost me to fix. If you’re planning to purchase used car from this dealership take a closer look at mechanical condition and don’t rely on their inspection report.

I honestly found way better service going to Edmonton. The salesman I first dealt with could’ve cared less if I bought there. The manager was pleasant enough. But couldn’t be bothered to return my text when I told him we bought somewhere else.iIts sad I bought my Venza there in 2014 and it was an excellent experience, it certainly has down hill since then.
Bought a used vehicle they were very up front about what it needed to be fixed on it which wasn’t much. Great service honest and fair. Great dealership.

I agreed to purchase a new car and agreed to put a deposit on it. I was questioned about people exporting vehicles and was profiled. There was suddenly a new sales model was adopted, they would not take a deposit anymore due to my "location". Strongly do not recommend!
Sales Manager Brady Fraser was excellent to deal with! He had the right Tundra Crewmax truck and the right price and provided excellent service. I would use him and his team again! Highly recommended!
