The hazelnut latte is my go to & the carrot oat muffin both so yummy. The staff is always friendly, and upbeat.

Modern interior, clean store, quick check out, premium espresso, friendly staff, can't say enough good things. Price is on part or cheaper than Starbucks. Make sure u download the app

Love to stop by this place when I am looking for a nice Hot chocolate or mocha. They have a decent selection and it is fairly easy to access. They have decent portion sizes for their desserts that they sell as well.

Had the best experience with my barista Shyla, she’s always so happy and leaves me with a smile on my face and a delicious drink. So charming!

I was heading to Starbucks this morning but I missed my turn and decided to try Second Cup instead. I think I found my new coffee place! I love the cost atmosphere and tasty drinks

Wittnessed several staff touching the till with no gloves on then making drinks with out washing hands. Not a clean or covid worry free environment.

Mass confusion.seems like there is a disconnect among the staff when an order goes wrong.disappointing to watch.

Staff are extremely friendly and are happy to serve and make the experience of shopping worth while. This shop should train other places here in town. Worth the trip every time!

Second cup is my favourite coffee compared to the other guys! But the staff definitely is not a warm friendly face in the morning.

While dining in An elderly customer came in and asked for management for a minor Complaint And was not being rude or aggressive and was viciously verbally attacked by a male employee threatened slandered and called names which made me decide I will never support this business again because I don't want to be treated so horribly I hope the individual seeks legal action because I would support him

I joined my friends to this location and we've never had a bad experience until recently. We ordered the mango frocho's from drive thru. We were drinking them and I felt something weird on my teeth and thought it might have been plastic. I pulled out metal strands from what is thought to be an SOS cleaning pad. Not sure if we swallowed any. We went back and the one girl that was the shift "leader" was not helpful at all, she disappeared shortly after. We did get a refund and a latte from the other girl on shift after asking for it, we left our names and numbers for the manager, and I am quite disappointed in not receiving a call back about this matter.

Edit - The manager reached out and was amazing, also assured there will be some re training so this won't happen again.

Great second cup. My fiancé and I both loved our drinks. The ladies who were working were also very nice.

Pricey Coffee to say the least. No other Coffee Shop seems to show the effects of inflation as much. The Coffee was always worth the extra coin as oppose to the larger coffee serving franchises. Now at almost $3.50 per large (not Xtra large) Coffee compounded with an obvious lower quality of flavor than what I was used to from Second Cup in the past has been reason enough for me to reconsider going back anytime soon. What a shame, most of the staff is so friendly and helpful.

When you ask for breakfast items during breakfast and get told well we are sold out and ask what might you have that does not have alot of sugar in it and they seem to go blank and have no idea what that means I would highly suggest not going here. Very slow in more ways than 1

Really love the maple latte (1/3 sweet) and the berry scone.
Their Americano is not very good in my opinion.
