Great service by the girl working there but she works there alone owner should know how busy it gets sometime.

This cafe offers a nice selection of coffee, spritzers, drinks, and small bites. I had their hot matcha, which had just the right amount of sweet. I don't typically drink matcha, but when in a different country, why not try something different? The baresta was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He offered up some great suggestions and was very polite. The business is clean with big windows that let in a lot of natural light. They have table seating. No booths. They have a 4 seat bar up against the window so you can see the comings and going of people outside. The music inside is low enough to have a chat with whatever company you choose to bring. There is more than enough parking out front and surrounding area. This establishment sits alone on the corner with a strip mall just behind it.

Spectacular change and re-opening! Brand new owners, they KNOW how to serve their customers! Very tastefully redecorated, well trained baristas.

No one does a Vanilla Bean latte like Second Cup!

Previously, I once called this location the worst one in the city.

A good and relatively quiet environment to have a casual meeting. The dark roast coffee was smooth and paired well with their carrot cake. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The 2nd best ginger cookies in town from the ones at former blues java.they were good.also had a caramel coretto.which was great and I had chai latte, i also like their matcha latte takes me back to what got me addicted to matcha.we've secured ginger cookies spot and Caramel coretto and green tea matcha! Drop in for sure.

I'm so happy they renovated this place. Now it's inviting, cozy and reminds me of what second cup should be.

Came here a few weeks ago, and forgot to make a review, but when i was there Mari was so kind and professional despite seemingly being the only employee there. Mari made a delicious Iced Hibiscus Tea with Coconut Milk that was to die for! The only complaint I have is that you need more employees.

I had the absolute pleasure of encountering Natasha as my barista during my recent visit to Second Cup, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her exceptional service and genuine kindness.

From the moment I walked in, Natasha greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident as she expertly guided me through their vast selection of beverages. Not only did she have an impressive knowledge of the menu, but she also took the time to inquire about my preferences, making sure she could recommend the perfect drink tailored to my taste buds. I ordered a late with oat milk and light foam!

As Natasha prepared my drink, I couldn't help but notice the finesse and attention to detail she put into each step of the process. Her skill and dedication truly reflected in the final product, which was nothing short of perfection.

What truly sets Natasha apart for me was her kindness and genuine care for the customers. Her warm and friendly demeanor created a delightful atmosphere, making my time at Second Cup all the more enjoyable.

She also made an effort to connect with the customers on a personal level. She took the time to engage in a friendly conversation, making me feel like more than just another customer passing through. That’s rare to find these days.

The experience she provided at Second Cup was unforgettable, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to see her smiling face once again.

Nicely renovated cafe with with available seating. Staff are very friendly here. Natasha served me with quick service. My drink was a Mocca Latte - it was perfect, hot and delicious. Definitely would return to this location. Thank you!

New owners and new look! Happily have switched over to this location from Starbucks and always a great experience. Great space to meet, work, or visit. Lots of seating, never loud and kind informative baristas. Favorite drink is the flat white.

This second cup is AMAZING! I always receive great service from the very friendly staff. Shout-out to Natasha who has served me frequently; she is quick, kind, fun to chat with, and awesome at customizing the menu (try out the honey vanilla latte but iced! Natasha made it for me and for her first time making it iced, it was great!)

Newly renovated and very nice place. Mari and Natasha are very friendly and gave great customer service. Natasha served me and made my London Fog. Unlike the other coffee shop down the road who never seem to make it hot enough, It was nice and hot and tasted delicious. Perfect!

I've always had good luck when meeting people here. There's always open seating and fairly quiet!

Beverage selections are standard, but on occasion, the pastries can be dry.

Really frustrated today. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for one drink. Only one person ahead of me, and seemingly not busy inside. Ridiculous.

Bagel with cream cheese was good however the creamed cheese was so soft it was leaking out the sides.

Honestly the slowest Second Cup/coffee shop I have ever been to. Not the place to go if you're in a rush & sadly I won't be returning to this location. They need more than one worker.

Quite pleased with this location after moving further south in Edmonton (farewell beloved Capilano Second Cup!) Tried the South Common location first and was let down.

If I hadn't pre-paid with my mobile order today, I would have walked out. As it was, this ordeal made me late getting back to work. I was there a few minutes early for my mobile pick up order, waiting at the designated portion of the counter. It was pretty gross, covered in someone's old dishes, but I figured the barista was just busy. Boy how right I was! I waited for almost 30 minutes to get my coffee and food, trying to get her attention. During this, the barista served the entire in person line and the drive through, including those who walked in after me. That is at least, those who didn’t choose to leave because of the evident wait. I wish I could have joined them, but I wasn't willing to have paid for nothing. Once I was finally acknowledged, I basically had to order in person anyway because she hadn't even looked at my order yet, so what is the point of your mobile pick up in the first place? It still ended up partially wrong, but I was unwilling to wait any longer. This is not solely front of house staff's fault though. Credit where credit is due, she was very busy and doing the best she could to manage. However, perhaps this place needs more staff or attention from management if one person cannot manage the workload of the cafe alone.

I am usually somewhat critical about the quality of the chai tea latte (oat milk).
Couldn't do that here. Likely the best in recent memory.
