Always so many grinds in the coffee. This isn't the first time and seems to be the norm, for me at least. This pic is about half of what was in my last cup. Otherwise the location, hours, and specials are good. But I don't think I can return after so many disappointing visits.
Garry and his team provided coffee for a large drop-in event hosted at the library. Our request for staggered arrival of the coffee was met with timeliness from a friendly staff. Altogether, arranging this event with Second Cup was an entirely painless process.
I just bought sandwich with removed expire date label. The salat inside was expired. Manager didn't help me.she just showed me other sandwich exp date.
A coffee shop in a library is already going to get 3 stars from me. But this one goes advice and beyond: friendly service, a good selection of baked goods, and when you bring kids they go the extra mile to make them happy.
In it's new location inside the renovated library (close to it's old location), it is in a beautifully lit and decorated space with lots of seating, perfect for groups.
My son and I are here each week enjoying the library and this Second Cup is our go-to for a great coffee break - the staff is fantastic and so sweet! Highly recommended!
Staff are so friendly. Told me to join the rewards program, which has been.rewarding. Shout out to Christine, who is super cool. Thanks for always taking the time to talk to me while you make my bagels <3 <3 <3 Shout out to the other staff too! I just don't know their names:)
Tables are always clean. Wonderful coffee and wonderful service. I've been lucky to have been served by Jen, the manager and she's awesome! I would've called to compliment her but they don't have a phone there!
We had catered coffee for a work meeting in the Stanley Milner Library. The staff were wonderful to work with - the coffee and tea were hot and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you!
