Great tasting coffee however they don't offer free refills while sitting there.honestly I don't know how this location stays in business. I can go down the street to several other chains and they all offer free refills. BTW there were a total of 5 customers the entire hour and not one through the drive through. Do better second cup!

I just ordered a Vanilla Bean latte through DD and I had requested for a half-sweet one! I even double mentioned it in Special Instructions, but what I received was a very sweet regular one. This is the second time it’s happening! They’re not responsive…No one is picking up the phone! I’m not gonna order anything online from them again!

Worst’s customer service, I was there they didn’t gave me the price on sign the charge me more and after I ask them, I want cappuccino, but they gave me the worst coffee that I have ever tried it. That was a boy I don’t know his name,

It was our Celebration Day after the month of Ramadan. We went to this cafe for some refreshment. It was wonderful experience. I asked associate about some sweet, she gave all Gluten Free option as she might know about nutritional restriction which i admire a lot and that is the reason for an extra star.
Coffee latte was creamy and blended well. Cookie has appropriate sweetness with good almond quantity and Chia seeds. Both were incredible combination.
The ambiance was good. On a sunny day I would plan to sit on their patio and my cup of coffee.

These guys are great. I'm a serial skip order person and they package everything nicely and they read requests! I've asked for a note to be added when sending a coffee to my mum who needed a pick me up. They go above and beyond and continue to provide lovely and delicious items. In store is also nice.

Went 2 days in a row and both days the coffee did not have the same dark coffee flavor. The coffee beans portion was reduced when the lattes were made and did not have the heart to complain.

This location is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. The MOCHACCINO is fantastic with plenty of tasty whipped cream!

The store is kept clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. As an added bonus this location has a Drive Thru too!

It is a great place to catch up with an old friend.

So.they want my business, want me to come in and spend my money.but won't even provide a washroom for customers to use! We had to leave before we were ready and walk across the parking lot to Rona (where we weren't spending any money) to use their washroom! I'm SICK of places like this using the Pandemic as an excuse to not offer the use of restrooms! Sorry Second Cup but you are now on my blacklist and I won't be spending my money in your establishment and I'll be letting all my friends know what I think of you!

If you want good ordinary coffee, get la manita mild ground at 3. It still has fresh flavor if you drink the pot of coffee over a three hour time span. The workers are friendly and fast at getting what you order. EXCELLENT!

Bad service, bad coffee. The manager made my coffee, and it was very bad, it was very watery.the drink had no sweetness or coffee flavor. The service was not plesent. The manager and her coworker just talked to eachother even while people were ordering!

I love that this one has a drive-thru. But there is no consistency with the drinks here. One day it's really good and the next day it's not so good.

Drive through is the worst. They get so upset because they have to wipe down the debit machine. So today is my last time I am going here I am tired of supporting a business that clearly doesn't care if we come.

My favourite coffee place in the city. Always been a fan of Second Cup and this location is nice and cozy for a get-together with friends and a nice chat.

Was really hard to hear the barista behind the plexiglass and mask, but the mocha was lovely. The bathroom was a disaster, though.

This is one of my regular spots in the rotation. The staff are great and always remember my drink of choice.

I’ve been here multiple times, through drive thru and inside. Every time their employees have an attitude and don’t have any customer service education. Even when I’m super nice, you can tell they don’t want to be there. A lot of people don’t like being jobs but they still have some sense about how to act.

Don't trust the store hours, it said 6 30 online and in front of the store but they decided to stop serving before that.

The staff are super efficient, often preparing my order before I even get to the front of the line. Their prices are affordable, with their points system generating free drinks for me (I get so many teas that it really builds up fast), while the cafe and washrooms are always sparkling clean.

I always go for Chai Tea Latte. It tasted good. My husband loved the coffee. Friendly and amazing staff.

I really enjoyed their Cinnamon Roll White Chocolate, but it's really sweet. Great coffee shop atmosphere.

Much better than Starbucks, in my opinion! This particular location has great staff, and is a nice, comfortable place to hang out.

Staff here is incredibly friendly, quickly filling your order and sending you on your way. The coffee here is excellent and your purchase here supports a domestic operation rather than a large multinational.

I don't drink coffee, but they had other opinions like coconut water and herbal teas. The space was a little small, but not too crowded.

Here at 2pm. There are 3 employees behind the counter, only 1 of them are actually working. One is sitting there on her phone, the other is making a drink for herself. The poor woman that is doing all the work was making a drink for someone, and one of the other girls saw us waiting to place our orders, told the woman who was busy that we were there.

I usually go here to study, but the staff here are just terrible and has the worst customer service. They just left my drink on the counter without saying a thing. One of the staff was on her cellphone. Train your staff properly

Person I was with ordered a sausage roll and it was not heated well. Coffee was a standard Second cup experience.

We just went and it was 950pm. Staff already closed their doors. If the hours say they are open until 10pm.then stay open until then or change the business hours.

Terrible! Waited 10 minutes for 3 coffees because they were out. What kind of coffee shop runs out of coffee?

Try there pumpkin spice latte and you will not regret. It is worm and with a hint of sweetness and it is amazing with the spinach pie. I love the outdoor area in this weather and it is perfect for someone with a little kids because it is all fenced. The little ones can walk around you freely while you are enjoying ur coffee.

Service is ok but they are in such a hurry to go home that they shut their toaster hour and half before closing time that they don't even take the order. I think they should change their closing times to the times they shut their appliances.
