I broke my last pair of glasses and needed a new pair quickly. I meant to go to a different store for glasses, but saw second specs on my way. The fact that they had my lenses in stock and could cut them immediately had me sold. They were able to direct bill my Sunlife insurance. It only took a couple more days for the second pair with transition lenses to come in stock.they are life savers.

Only came back bcz the Wife loved James and his service and I highly agree! James was so patient and made me feel really good bout my new pair of eyes! Will be back only for James!

Got another pair of Oakley prescription glasses. Nothing but good experience. I was looking for something specific (model) frame and its not on display (available) so a gentleman named Kitch assisted me and luckily he was able to put an order for the specific brand and model that i wanted.

Recently, my glasses became uncomfortable. I asked Kitch and he was willing to help me. He was so kind and quick to help me, and then he checked my glasses were comfortable. Thanks to Kitch, I got the perfect glasses!

Great looking glasses and a big selection, both designer and in house brands. I picked an in house frame and even with my lenses needing to have prisming they were only about $170 with both lenses and frames. They do 30 minute turn around on lenses although mine had to be shipped because of the prism, but even still it didn’t take longer than any big store would’ve. Overall great customer service, great prices, good selection, fast turnaround, and great quality. I would recommend second specs to anyone looking to be a pair of glasses.

Was driving to Calgary, my glasses ended up getting ran over by a car on our way up. Called Second Spec and they had everything needed on hand to get me a new pair asap. Everyone there was super friendly and great to work with! My new glasses were ready in only 40 minutes (usually I have to wait about 4-7 business days due to my prescription). Very good experience, very good price as well! Definitely worth it to check them out. Will be back from Lethbridge for another pair!

Had bad experience with the guy Alex (asian). Need some more training on customer service. He was standing outside the kiosk so i was not sure if he works there or not. I asked him politely if he works there and pointing me to his name badge (which was hidden the way he was standing) said you can read that i work here. He was unprofessional during whole interaction. They made my prescription pretty fast and the lady (may be manager) explained really good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and a surprisingly good selection of frames given that its a kiosk rather than a full store in the mall. They have a good system in place to make sure frames aren't returned to the shelf until they're cleaned after people try them.

The guy there was knowledgable, helpful, and kind. My glasses were quite inexpensive, and they feel and look great! I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for less expensive glasses that still work wonderfully well

Second Specs at Market Mall has been our go to for glasses for my entire family. They have always been extremely helpful in helping us with selecting frames, have always provided great after purchase service and you can't beat the prices.

This is my third or forth visit to this wonderful business. I am very pleased with the amazing service I have received. To the point that on one of my glasses they were not pleased with the lenses and reordered new so that I did not have to make two trips.

Extremely helpful staff. The guy who dealed us was very polite and calm. It was very quick and prices were very reasonable. They carry almost all the ladies famous brands which is very convenient.

Worst experience ever. I went to ask them to fix my glasses instead they broke them and didn’t even apologize after or compensate. I am really upset of how this all went down.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Most recently, I brought my daughter up to get new frames and they ended up snapping on her that same night. Second Specs gave her a loaner pair and ordered her a new frame in the same colour and it was all done so fast. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I wanted to thanks Second Specs Chinook, they have been awesome and made sure I was in the correct glasses. I would highly recommend this option to affordable glasses. Love my Ray-Bans!

Great service, 100% recommend. Had a really good experience with Keith. Was offered a higher price option but didn't need anything fancy. Will definitely be back for another pair, frills and all. Done in 30 minutes, they got my prescription off my current glasses and was fitted perfectly. Honestly never had an easier experience.

My experience here was absolutely positive. Everything was explained, very polite and helpful. Great price, even with progressive lens. I highly recommend them for that second pair, or third.

Always happy with the customer service and reasonable prices here. When I wasn't happy with the colour of lens I chose, they offered me the other colour free of charge. Will continue to use them for glasses and sunglasses.

We went to about 15 eyeglass shops and my son could not find a pair he liked. One place had the most confusing so-called deal where the frames cost a fortune and the lenses started at $300 and went up with blue light etc. We literally stumbled upon this little shop in the middle of the mall. The guy was super nice, not pushy, and my son was trying some frames on. Then the fella said, “Oh I see what you’re going for, ” and opened up another case, and the frames were SO nice! They suited my son perfectly. Like I could have wept, I was so tired of shopping and this guy knocked it out of the park. My daughter agreed they were perfect and the price was reasonable and they were ready in 2 days. They also did direct billing. I will be going back for my own pair. Nice glasses, easy to shop, great people, direct billing. I don’t usually go to those little shops but I’m so glad we did.

I have never gotten glasses so quickly for such a good price. I feel like I may have to get them adjusted again, but that's how it goes with new glasses. Went by because a friend of a friend recommended them.

I believe it was Melissa who helped us out with our glasses issues, and she was beyond amazing!

They have measured my PD for reading and far distance here and I ordered glasses for computer work here with no issues. Then I used provided far distance PD and ordered second pair in different place. After they arrived I was not able to use them at all as my eyes feel crossed and tired. I came back to this location asking to measure my second pair and they confirmed it was made according my order, but after re-measuring my PD they told me that first measurement they did here is 5mm off! So, they entirely screwed my second order. They declined to do anything to resolve situation as it they just wrongly measured my PD. So, all, be aware about "professional" PD measurement here.
Update Feb. 24.2019: I've been contacted by Second Specs representative and offered free lenses replacement with updated PD measurement. So far, satisfied with the service and updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I’ve taken 2 pairs of Fatframes in for them to put progressive lenses in. Their prices are the best in the city, their process is uncomplicated and accurate. I highly recommend them.
