What a great first time experience. My boy was ecstatic with his appointment. All the staff on board were so gentle and amazing when speaking and dealing with my boy. I am happy I choose this place.

I broke my front tooth at work on a Sunday evening and was not about to walk around toothless so after looking around everywhere for a dentist open on a Sunday last minute I found secord smile and boy am i ever thankful for that
. At first when doctor Alva and his assistant Francisco informed me that I would have to pull the rest of my tooth out and offered me a flipper I thought they were so mean and regretted coming here. After they did the work I realized how wrong I was and that it was my own thoughts and feeling that reflected me to feel that way
. The next day I came for the procedure they were both so kind and caring and made me feel reassured they even made it happen the same day so I left with a full set of teeth
. They are the best and I am so thankful to them for fixing me while being so personal and kind. They are hands down the best I have ever encountered as far as dentist and clinic I truly love them and thank them from the bottom of my heart. You will feel the same when you walk out of this clinic, trust me.

Very helpful and kind team. We brought a new family who just came to Canada with language barriers. This place tried their best to offer the service and help.

Wonderful experience, the Doctor explained everything and told how to reach out if anything were to come up afterwards.the care team was top notch! For extractions, it was recommended that we do IV sedation and it was painless and quick! Totally a 5 star experience, which is rare for dentistry!

My Mother has dementia and when she came in for a checkup and X-rays they were very kind and patient with her and after she had 2 teeth removed, she said she didn’t feel any pain. Thanks to all who helped her and especially Dr. Alva.

Sharon did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Efficient, friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Marisa was awesome. I needed a small cavity and it was filled and finished quickly and painlessly. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Have my denture tooth fall out. Called Secord Smiles (Webber Greens) and immediately they booked me for an appointment and get my partial denture repaired in 3 days. Courteous staff and highly skilled dentists.

Best Dentist by far! Staff were amazing and went above and waaaayyyy beyond. Had myself hubby and son booked in for examinations and my son for a cleaning. At the end of our visit all 3 of us had our exams, cleanings and first set of fillings! On top of that I loved how everything was explained at the end of every check!

Both Hygienist (Raj) and the dentists collaborated in a wonderful manner to deliver a fantastic service.

Now I know why the company is called smiles - I have been walking around with one ever since I finished my appointment.

Excellent customer service and prompt treatment. From the moment you walk in for your appointment, the front desk ladies are welcoming, quick processing and ushering in to the doctor. The decor is topnotch and the TV's all over the place even on the ceiling when you're getting treatment. The appointments are easy to schedule and the insurance process is straightforward. All in all, 5 star service and I would recommend them to everyone to check them out.

Staff were all friendly and accommodating. They know how to look after the patient. The place is perfectly clean, well organized and cozy.

Dr. Brar did a disappearing act on my wisdom teeth - both out in 4 minutes flat and I was eating solids in 1 day. Amazing job!

I had a quick check up and dental cleaning appointment at Secord Dental today. Raj was courteous, gentle, and thorough. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I've spent a lot of time in hold and waiting to be called back. They can't seem to tell me how much they told my insurance something would cost. They keep asking me what bis covered. It's like they have no idea what the origional quote is and they're too embarrassed to say so.

After a bad visit over a year ago, I started going to a new dentist. I just got notified by my insurance that this office continues to request pre approval to my insurance even when I am not their patient anymore. Not reliable

We had to bring my four year old for a emergency exam. They were able to fit us in on a holiday weekend with short notice. All the staff were wonderful. A wonderful experience during a stressful time

It was my first time going here, everyone was really friendly and good to me. I felt like I was in good hands. The dentist/hygienist who cleaned three years worth of buildup (yes gross) in my teeth was really thorough! I don’t see myself going to other dental clinics after my experience today?

Contacted the Secord location by web form on a Friday late afternoon as I had broken a tooth. They called me Saturday morning and offered me an appointment that same day. The appointment was on time. The office was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. I will be going back in a few days to have my tooth repaired. Thank you.

Got my daughter in within half hour in Edmonton and gave her first stage of a very much needed root canal. Very kind and professional. Thanks for great service

Was so grateful for this dental office. I called in, I was in so much pain, they got me in right away, were able to numb the tooth, get me pain meds and antibiotics and get me in the following day for the procedure. They were so kind, explained everything to me. Thankful for this clinic.

My hygienist, Mr. Raj, is pretty nice to talk to and is very informative and straightforward with his explanation with personal dental care

and he also makes great discussion on cryptocurrency and random topics which is nice since not only I got my teeth cleaned but also got educated.

I seen Dr. Marissa as an emergency patient. I had a prior root canal get infected and it was so very painful. Dr. Marissa is a very skilled and knowledgeable dentist. Francisco the assistant is very friendly and kind. The staff at the front were also very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Alva Jinn is a great doctor I highly recommend him especially if you’re scared of the dentist.

Best dental clinic I’ve gone to, the atmosphere is so pleasant. The dentists and hygienists really want the best for you and your situation, they don’t pressure you just let you know what you should do and how urgent it is. They are so genuine and considerate. Recommend them 100%!

Came to Edmonton for the weekend and got a serious toothache. These guys got me in and dealt with the morning after I called for my emergency booking. Easy to deal with, made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Had to get a tooth pulled today. It was an emergency and sent an email last night. I was in and out in like 30 mins and the staff is super nice.

Got my wisdom tooth out, only took 30mins. My mum appreciated having a stress free experience it was as enjoyable as having a tooth pulled could be

I for the most part didn't care for dentists but after going there changed my mind friendly staff made me feel as comfortable as possible for the situation. If your looking for a friendly, professional and respectful dental office give them a try.

My experience at Smiles, was the best I’ve ever had for dental work! My hygienist Gina was so friendly and I felt zero pain or discomfort. She’s so funny and talkative, my appointment flew by! Dr Jinn was also very friendly and explained everything in detail about my checkup so I could understand everything going on. Thank you Smiles!

Had a full cleaning done last week and as it’s been a while since my last cleaning I was quite nervous to say the least. The hygienist Gina really took her time and did a great job cleaning my teeth and giving maintenance tips. After a long and overdue cleaning session I was worried my gums would be in pain but to my surprise I felt absolutely no pain! I will definitely be coming back and requesting for Gina again. Great service all around from the whole team.

Dr Alva is the best! Him and his staff are amazing. Made me so comfortable especially when my nerves and anxiety are at all time high during any dental visit. They go through everything with you and let you know what’s going on with your teeth. During my tooth extractions I didn’t feel a thing. Both locations at Secord and Gateway Blvd had friendly staff, a clean and comfortable office. I hope I always have Francisco as my dental assistant he always makes me laugh! I highly recommend Smiles Dental Group.

Very professional and thorough in explaining treatment plan and reasoning for work to be done. Willing to work with the patient. Staff is friendly, polite and kind. I dont think Dentists are really liked much by anyone but this group is pretty terrific. Recommend highly!

We went to Secord Smiles and it was outstanding. The hygienist went above and beyond to ensure our daughter felt comfortable at her visit. He was honest and explained everything to her and out her at ease. She was a highly anxious child in the past at the dentist so this was an outstanding experience!

I had my impacted wisdom teeth extraction taken out on Friday. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Before I got to my appointment I was sent a thorough email by Reese. There was no surprises at all with the fees and my whole appointment went swimmingly.

Dr. Syed was highly recommended by Dr. Yeh and I’m so happy I trusted and went to Dr. Syed. I suffer from extreme anxiety and he and his staff made me feel so safe and comfortable before I knocked out. Bed side manner is a 1000/10. I don’t remember much after surgery but I remember them comforting me after surgery, told me to take my time and there was no rush to leave. They even helped my boyfriend walk me to our car.

Thank you for being so patient with me after surgery I am a big cry baby. You guys are amazing and I’m healing amazingly no bruises!

Secord Smiles Dental Group is a great place to go for dental care. When I had pain they accommodated me to come in. Dr Wong took time to figure out what was the problem. He was very kind and compassionate. Dr Wong was very gentle and thural when fixing my cavities. He made sure my bite was correct and I felt no pain. I would highly recommend him.
I also had my teeth cleaned with Gina. She is kind and does an amazing pain free cleaning. Gina was great at helping me with suggestions in helping use better oral cleaning for every day in tough to reach spots. The dentists and staff take time to truly listen and care for their patients.

Great work by Dr. Mohammed and staff at Secord Smiles Dental Group. Suffering for close to three months with a painful tooth. It is a lot better now. Will be doing a follow up with him in a few weeks to see how I am doing. He shows genuine concern for his patients.

Secord Smiles is a great dental office. I brought my 4 and 10 year old for a check up and cleaning. The front admin staff, dental hygienist and dentist were all very warm and welcoming. Very friendly! Gina did a great job with my first appointment and I was able to get some extra work done right away!

I never review but I just sit there has nothing to do so I think I will do my first one. Their reception is rude and ignorance. I have been waiting for 45 min and not even started yet. I don't want this happen that I am still in the treatment room and my kids all finished theirs and hang around in the clinic or in my treatment room to expose to different people and covid-19 risk around. She disappeared from the front and hiding in the back, she told me earlier technician is cleaning the room. And I asked her again why I am still waiting and she told me they have limited room and staff. I don't understand why she told us all to come at the same time and I am still waiting at the moment of review and wasted me more than an hour, they just care to make money to flip rooms to maximize their profit at the cost of customer waiting and I am going to cancel this.

I had my first appointment here this week. I was very impressed. The office is modern and has a very nice atmosphere. Gina Duong was the hygienist who worked on my teeth. She did an amazing job. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely the best experience I've ever had getting my teeth cleaned. I would highly recommend checking them out!

1st time being there and I couldn't have been more impressed. Reese and Angeleena were awesome at starting the process and getting me set up. Both Gina and Dr. Haraphongse were really nice and professional to deal with and provided a really great cleaning and checkup. Lastly the building is very nice with lots of nice touches: high ceiling, big areas where teeth cleaning takes place, TV's on the ceiling where you get to pick the channel all goes a long way creating a great experience. Well done guys!

This dental office is now under new ownership and it sure shows! I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while so I was a bit cautious when looking for a new dental office. This office was exceptionally clean and newer looking. The staff were professional and friendly, and I felt everybody was highly trained/ skilled at their job. I was given needed and necessary information about my oral hygiene and I totally felt looked after. I would/will be 100% going back to see this dental team again and I highly recommend them to people looking for a dentist!

Staff was very helpful with my insurance. The doctor was very informative and did not push me to the more expensive option to fix my tooth. The procedure was very gentle. The doctor and her assistant was focus on the job and did not talk about their weekend like other dental place. Highly recommended. They are my new dentist now. Definitely bringing the kids as well
