This is not the first time I have met with Xerox personnel to discuss, plan and ratify new multi-year contracts for copier leases. These are not frivolous activities as they have long term implications and penalties for severing contracts early etc, while at the same time the business details including monthly charges, price per b&w/ colour pages, and of course technical support - both on-line and in-person combined with solid warranties are all integral to the decision. Past experience has shown me that Xerox is both a capable and dependable company to work with, with great copiers, flexibility to our situations, with strong technical support for our staff over my 5 or so companies - profit and not-for-profit/ charity. I HIGHLY recommend them as they have proven their worth time after time over 20+ years of my relationships with them. Hats off to Khai and Eric for my current conversations. Good work gentlemen!

Kevin and Eric were very helpful in getting us to where we wanted to be with the new system in the office. The team of them managed to get us to a new system that will meet all our needs for the coming years and managed to do so while saving us more than a few dollars at the same time. Michelle went the extra mile to ensure our billing was up to date and in the most efficient manner of emailing the invoices. This cuts down on days lost during mailing. Our church has been getting copiers from this business for the last 10 years now and the customer service has been fantastic. There is always someone to take our calls and to get us answers. This past copier we leased took a lot longer than initially thought and they were great at keeping us in our existing contract while we waited. Thanks for all you do for our church!

Very impressed with Jeffrey from xerox. The pricing and machines they offer are just superior. My issues in the past were customer service but the last few years the service is just as good or better than the smaller providers and at a lower overall cost so thats a win-win.

From the start Travis was amazing, on top of his follow up with making sure that our office was receiving the best printer that would suite our needs. I actually had to put everything on hold for awhile due to Covid and he was so patient with the process. Once the deal was final it was a super smooth process, our machine is not ready as of yet but he went above and beyond to find a loaner printer as our current one was awful!
Ryan (IT) came over the day of delivery and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Since we have had the printer, I have had to email Travis and the quick responses has be very impressive!

They provided different options for our needs and was at our beck and call every time we needed something. We have recently switched over to Xerox and I have found both the machines and service to be great. The colour and resolution are far superior. I have worked on Canon, Konica and Sharp copiers so I can say it has been a fabulous choice though the fiery systems are more complex to learn, is it quite worth it. James Pascoe-Price bailed us out when we were caught off guard and required a lot of extra supplies for a large rush order on our Xerox V180. He went above and beyond his duties of our sales person to help us get our job out on time.

Heather B.has always been quick to respond to my queries and solve my issues with a fantastic attitude. If we ever have an issue, she makes sure to follow up once the service has been completed.

James Pascoe-Price is such a pleasure to work with. He provided me with amazing service in a time of need.it was a technical issues we were having. I am sure he had nothing to gain himself but still took the time to help us out and deliver what was required to get the machine going. We had two different print companies supporting our business printing needs. We did a cost analysis with the support from Ian Armitage at Xerox. Ian won us over with his outstanding customer service, professionalism and timely responses. He is eager to support our needs and it became an easy decision as to which company to choose. The new install was seamless and the support provided has made this transition during a pandemic, effortless.

Was looking for a printer for my home office and someone recommended Segue Systems. They put me in touch with Ian Armitage in sales and he made it extremely easy for me to proceed. Best thing I've purchased, and easiest time I've had. I recommend Segue Systems and highly recommend Ian as your sales agent!

This summer we had a new printer installed. Segue asked us to fill out a form with all of the info and options we wanted. After the physical installation, they programmed everything remotely and it was ready to go within an hour with almost no issues. Furthermore, the extremely minor issues that did occur were handled quickly over the phone and I didn't have to wait on hold at all.

Our experience with Segue has been incredible. I was frustrated with the amount I was spending on printing to have all of our quality stuff sent over to staples or another printing company, and disappointed with quality on any of the stuff I was printing on our own printer in office. Justin had mentioned he could help us save money and be happier so we had him come by and do an assessment of our needs. The deal he got us would not only save money but everything would be printed at that top quality that we were getting when we sent our printing out to a print store. On top of that, it took the busy work out of it because our printer automatically orders its own ink to ensure we are never down, and our print quality is always top notch on everything we print.
