I had numerous itinerary changes to make to my booking, and she handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with good humour and patience. She was very knowledgeable about the destination I had chosen and offered some excellent advice. 5 stars aren't enough!

Highly recommend booking with Dani with your travel needs, I have booked a group trip to Mexico. Dani has been really patience with us, especially booking as a big group could be very overwhelming. Dani listened and understood our needs and recommended vacation places accordingly.

Actually, it is pointless for my opinion to go there.
They don't have any follow up with their clients. Also there are other travel agents that they are coming with better travel solutions and prices.

Agent never booked the tickets, space has been booked on the plane but no tickets were booked. No after hours # to call and at the airport with a very upset child packed and ready to go. ****UPDATE****I was led to believe the agent made an error in my booking when in fact it was air Canada’s system upgrade that was at fault for our missing ticket #’s The selloff agent has been very helpful with helping me deal with the situation even staying on the line while I talked with them and also separately dealing with them in my behalf. I gave 4/5 for one reason, an after hours or emergency contact or an agent at the airport could have saved us a lot of grief. If I see an after hours contact in the future I will update my review to 5* although the agent who helped me all day gets a 10!

I highly recommend booking through Deanna in the Edmonton location, even if you live in or plan on flying out of Calgary. She goes above and beyond to make your journey worry free and takes away a lot of the stress that can go along with what is suppose to be a relaxing vacation. Ive referred numerous friends who have booked through her and will never book without her ever again.

We planned an European vacation which started with a 8 day river Cruise which we booked with Deanna and from there it expanded to a 6 week trip of a life time. Charmaine Dunn was extremely accommodating booking our group of 16 for a bachelor party in Cabo. Lots of deviations for multiple people from different cities. Got everything handled efficiently and professionally. Definitely recommended!

Heather Hall has been absolutely fabulous. I had a bad experience with another travel agent while trying to book my wedding and I ended up calling selloffvacation. Heather picked up and when I explained my situation she immediately put me at ease. She has been nothing but helpful, informative and accommodating!
My stressful experience has turned into a pleasant and fun one!
What I love about her the most is that she actually wants it to be a great wedding and she cares and goes the extra mile to make that happen!
