She was very helpful finding us the perfect getaway. She went above and beyond and made phone calls to find out golf course information. Her knowledge and speedy service was on point. We will definitely book with Lamya again.

If you are looking for a great travel agent, you need to contact. Lamya Bellili at Sell Off Vacations South Trail Crossing Calgary. After trying to navigate booking a spring vacation on the internet, we decided just to walk into Lamya's office location, and she had us setup with exactly what we were looking for at the price we were willing to pay, encompassing all our needs with in a 30-minute time frame. We feel so fortunate to have met her and will never go back to booking online trips!

We have booked several trips with SellOff Vacations and have always received excellent service and advice. Cori is so helpful and does her best to find you the best deal. Last year we tried a new hotel in Mexico on Cori’s suggestion and it was absolutely wonderful. Hats off to Cori for making the booking experience so positive and seamless.

We used this agency to book a last minute trip to Mexico. Our Agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We absolutely loved the resort we went to. Great value for our money! I would definately use this agency again! Totally great experience all around!

I have booked with these guys before but no more. The manager of the location on 130th Ave seems like she hates people. The first time I booked with her she was incredible, the next time rude but thought maybe it was a bad day and this time she was terrible. Made changes without talking to me, would try and call one time and then said she couldn't reach me. Didn't respond to emails.

I am sure that this is not an easy job now with all the issues they have had with their sister company Sunwing but I will not book through this location ever again.

UPDATE
I am at the resort now Ocean Riviera Paradise. The food Is terrible, the service worse, there are charges for food in some of the restaurants, the pools are not cleaned, the beach is unusable there is so much seaweed and this hotel does not clean it as others do.
The rooms are ok but if you want more than 2 beer in your fridge they charge you. I could ho on and on. There are alot of very unhappy people here that won't be returning.

When I pay ALO off money for an all inclusive I expect it is all inclusive.

Even the staff say this hotel is terrible!

We wanted a travel agent to help us book a European vacation, called in and was told to email Cori as she was a specialist in Europe. I emailed her all of the details of our trip, dates, stops etc…Cori called and said she couldn’t help us out with our trip but she would have her sister company (travel specialist) look into this and call us back. It’s been over three weeks and we haven’t heard a word! I thought that travel agents jobs were to help you book your trip. I guess not. Not helpful at all.

Terrible, actually really terrible agency. If I get any trouble- they won’t help you, no way they even try. Especially if that would be their fault. They just want you to pay them money, never give you services and never return your money and behave like it’s only your problems and they have nothing to do with this! We were waiting for 8 weeks for refund our money when they were doing nothing, now we turned to lawyer and will go to the court.

I booked a tour, they took money from me. Then they wrote to me from some fraud department and wanted the credit card data when I paid with a debit card. At first I thought they were scammers and decided to call the hotline. I was told that there was no one from that department and asked to call tomorrow. I did it, but already at 1 pm they already canceled the order. Then I ordered a second time and the price for the same tour was higher! I booked through the operator and they took money from me. 8 hours before departure, they canceled the reservation again. After all, I don't have a vacation package and wasted my vacation days! It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the money!
Addition: they haven’t returned my money till now (it’s been 8 weeks from that) The worst service in my life! They don’t care even

I have had the worse experience with this company. Sunwing will steal your money and not help you. I have had the run around now after they wanted me to pay an extra 5,000$ plus for my vacation. I do not trust these people and would never recommend them. They aren’t here to help. They are here to steal money, take as much as they can and never get back to you. Every time I deal with these people I feel stress and they are always working in their favour not yours. I would stay away. I went here and got sick. The woman who was working there was coughing and wasn’t wearing a mask. I was sick for 3 weeks and still sick from the aftermath. Stay away!
