Just completed the online certification course for Dynamic Cupping with SFH. I was extremely thankful for the option of doing it online! I had a family emergency come up during the course timeframe and I can't say enough amazing things about SFH for working with me to make sure I was able to complete my courses entirely and get the information I needed from it! Thank you so much to SFH for everything you did for me this year and working with me! I am almost done my Tissue Manipulation online course and will absolutely be taking more certification courses with SFH in the future!

I Had done the Dynamic Cupping Course back in 2020 as well as the Pre/Postnatal Massage Course this year, and I can not even begin to express the benifts I have from both in my practice!
Both have been so helpful to me and my clients! Wonderful feed back and great improvement with treatments and results!

I Would love to see a Course for Dynamic massage to further dive into the aspects of cupping!

I took the TMJ course in Edmonton last March 28-29 and it was amazing experience. Mara is an awesome instructor.

Geri of Seminars for Health is amazing. Ive taken a few classes and she is a very knowledgeable and understanding woman. She values the students who want to learn and have questions and are willing to put in the leg work.
Classes are well put together and usually at easy to get to locations, usually with free parking & WiFi.

I love learning from Shirley Damberger! She is teaching the oncology courses which I feel is highly important and so desperately needed. The Fundamentals of Oncology was presented much differently than I envisioned. I thought it may be more ‘pathologically’ based.if your client presents with this-than do specific treatments.instead it was full of caring how to s in truly supporting the client with cancer through Massage Therapy or really clients with any critical illness or trauma. Great course!

I recently took the Dynamic cupping course in Calgary, and man was it worth it. Since I started schooling and recently my career in massage therapy, I had always wanted to learn cupping as I had always thought it was a particularly helpful adjunctive therapy. I was not wrong. Ever since I started using it in my practice, the amount of positive feedback I get has doubled. People keep telling me how much it helped them and I'm so glad! This course was totally worth it and I would 100% recommend.

I was very impressed with the instructor and content of the TMJ Level 1 and 2 course. It was a fantastic course and I will definitely be signing up for more of Mara's classes. I had to fly in for the course from out of province and felt it was totally worth the expense and time.

I completed the self care course for upper and lower body. All of the exercises and stretches I learned can be done everyday in between clients, even if you only have 30 seconds or a couple hours to spare. I thoroughly enjoyed the teacher, shes intelligent, beautiful and really enjoys what she does, and that relates to me to keep me motivated to practice more self care for my clients and myself. Thank you!

Highly recommend the Fascial Decompression course. Denny was extremely knowledgable and his passion for the content was evident throughout the 2 days. Lots of "hands on" time enhanced the learning.

Attended the TMJ course in Edmonton (level 1 & 2). Found it very comprehensive with Mara being extremely knowledgeable in her anatomy & physiology in the area we were studying. Her research really helped answer any and all questions she was asked. There was a lot of hands-on to help cement the knowledge and techniques we were given.

I highly recommend the Fundamental Oncology course. It was not only very informative but it was presented in an organized, down to earth format. I walked away with a greater understanding of a largely misunderstood aspect of cancer as it applies to massage.can’t wait for the clinical part to be covered in the Oncology certification course!

I am a second massage therapy student and I just finished the Fascial Decompression course with Denny. He is an amazing therapist to learn from for 2 days! I highly recommend it to add to your knowledge and skill base!

I enjoyed taking my cupping course through seminars. My instructor was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I do wish that the cups they do provide was the starter pack instead of just the four. Overall my experience was amazing and I do wish to continue taking courses through seminars for health, Thank you so much.

Highly enjoyed the Mindful Meditation this weekend. Geri listened and let discussions in class be open. Learned a lot and it certainly has inspired me to expand my knowledge in the topic! Thank you Geri! (Also loved the early bird special on the course price)

Totally enjoyed the Mindful Meditation Massage course. I love taking courses that are in alignment with my personal journey as well as my professional journey. And LOVE the smaller class size environment.

The Holistic Nutrition for Digestion was very well-organized, up-to-date and very useful for myself and my clients. The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. Would highly recommend this course for a concise overview that opens your eyes to the role that nutrition plays in day-to-day health - beyond the the Canada Food guide.

SFH offers the best continuing education courses and certifications. I use the techniques that I have learned in the courses everyday in my practice to help and educate my clients. They have been a game changer and it has taken my practice to another level! I highly recommend any RMT looking for CE credits to take SFH classes!

I recently did the dynamic cupping course with seminars for health in Calgary. I thought that there was great hands on learning, and the review game at the end was very helpful to embed the written information into our memory. The instructor was very knowledgeable and kind, I would definitely recommend.

Such an amazing experience! I am an acupuncture student & found this course extremely beneficial to put towards my future practice. The techniques used in class are not taught in my program so it is helpful to gain extra knowledge on cupping therapy.

I attended the dynamic cupping course in Edmonton and I was almost going to change to a Lymphatic one instead, but changed my mind & I am really glad I attended this one. I learned so much and the instructors were awesome!

I've taken a couple seminars for health courses over the past few years after graduating from my massage therapy course.they're great for continuing education and the teachers and attending volunteers are all very knowledgeable, passionate and kind people.there is a clear atmosphere of positivity and everyone who attends the courses comes ready to learn and to engage with the material.i had such a positive experience at the most recent course i took, the five day orthopedic massage course, with linda and mara.they made the classroom environment feel welcoming and warm and never made me feel any unease about needing to ask questions or to see a certain portion of a demo again.just a very very positive experience all around, every time i take a massage course from seminars for health! I'll definitely be taking further courses with them in the future
