This is a company that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Senior Homecare by Angels provided care for mom for 10 months following her cancer diagnosis. Gerry, the owner, met with me at mom's home before she was released from hospital.and was exceptionally kind and professional. At short notice, he had the home-care staff in place before she arrived. Jamala and Michelle then provided exceptional services in home, from making my mom's special pureed diet to supporting and feeding my brother who also lives in the family home. The house was always neat and clean. Laurie provided exceptional nursing support in mom's last two weeks, from medication advice and support, to just sitting and talking with mom about her illness. Laurie and Gerry were again able at short notice to increase to 24 hour home care until mom went to hospice where Jamala and Michelle were kind enough to continue working on through mom's last 6 days in hospice and their bedside care of her was again exceptional. Care of the family continued even after mom's death when Michelle texted to let me know that the street cleaners were coming tomorrow and I needed to move my car off of the street. Above and beyond!
I would like to thank the whole team at Senior Homecare By Angels for such wonderful care of mom and my brother over the last year. You provided me much needed peace of mind when I was a city away. Thanks and thanks and thanks again.

I was signed on by Senior Home Care by Angels on September 7,2021. I have had 1 long term assignment and was able to be a companion to the peaceful end. I then started another long term assignment which I am currently enjoying and believe I have been able to make a difference. Today I was honored by the Angels team for being the employee of the month for June 2022. So appreciated. The Leadership and team of Senior Homecare By Angels has been remarkable! I thank them!

I have been working for Senior Homecare by Angels for the past two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. At Senior Homecare by Angels we work as a team from the caregivers to the Nurses, office staff and Gerry. Whenever I have had any questions relating to my clients I have never had any problems my concerns have always been directed to the appropriate personal and answered quickly. I am semi retired and the agency has been very helpful and flexible In accommodating the hours that work for me. Working for Senior Health Care By Angels has been a very rewarding experience.

The folks at Senior HomeCare by Angels have been great to work with. They have done their absolute best in working with us to evolve our inhome care for our mother. Gerry and Laurie are great to work with and very customer oriented. They care about getting things right.

In all honesty, this is one of the best organizations I’ve worked with. Within my short period of working, I’m overwhelmed with the level of care, help and support bestowed on the staff, the boss is ever ready to listen no matter the time you call. The safety and comfort of the staff is his priority. This gives me joy and inspires me to keep discharging my duties with utmost diligence and respect. I would highly recommend Gerry and his team. They are caring/compassionate and Gerry's response time is exceptional. Gerry is very knowledgeable and is able to match his staff very well with their clients. This is the second time I have used Gerry's services and they gave me peace of mind knowing my father was well cared for and safe.

I've worked as a Healthcare Aide for Senior Homecare By Angels since 2017, and I Love this company, they are a very Compassionate Careing Company and are there for all their clients and their families, and all employees when ever needed. And they take pride in placing the right Caregiver with the right client, and do a Meet and Greet with every one of the clients to make sure it is a right fit for the client and Caregiver, I personally like this a lot as it helps the client and their families feel comfortable. They also offer specialized Courses for Caregivers in Dementia/Alzhimers to help us keep up to date and provide better care for our Clients with these Diseases. I hope to be with this Company for many more years to come.

From the moment I called Senior Homecare by Angels, I knew my mom would be in good hands. Laurie and Gerry were easy to talk to and listened to our needs. The caregivers they placed with us instantly created a routine with my mom.and allowed my dad to spend quality time with mom rather than having to be the primary caregiver.

The caregivers are caring, attentive, encouraging, and very professional. Everyone at the organization helped minimize our stress as we navigated through the process during a pandemic. The communication has been stellar and we are very happy with Senior Homecare by Angels.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Laurie and all the companions that have been helping with my mother and brother. I live in Europe, so they have been my right hand, a shoulder to cry on and sometimes a voice of reason when I need it. They have helped give me peace being so far away. Their communication is excellent so I never miss a thing. Their patience with my mom, has been an absolute gift. They never back down nor are ever to busy to help me. They are also helping me with my 63 year old mentally disabled brother. With Covid, they have ensured that he is not alone and isolated. Special thanks to Jenny! And Jennifer! Senior Homecare by Angels is superb in this industry. Owner Gerry Gatto, with an obvious genuine passion for his business personally oversees the attention given to his clients by his incredible team, whom he tirelessly trains to always be greater angels. Highly recommend!

Gerry Gatto responded immediately to my call for night time care for my elderly step father. He had qualified and courteous staff in place within 24 hours. We had excellent caregivers who always arrived on time. My family and I were extremely pleased with all aspects of our dealings with Senior Homecare By Angels and it is comforting to know that their service is just a phone call away. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise or recommend them to others requiring home care for a loved one.

My father moved from BC to AB and we needed assistance in place right away. Gerry had staff in place immediately. The first location my dad was staying was temporary, so again, he found someone to help right away when my father was in his permanent location. The two people that provided assistance to my father were just outstanding! They were very qualified, attentive and most importantly very caring individuals. Having a regular companion for my mother while she was in hospital and continuing when she moved to her current residence has been a wonderful experience, thanks to Senior Homecare by Angels. Her companion comes 5 days a week now, for a few hours each day, and is an absolute treasure! It gives me great comfort knowing that there is someone there every day spending time with my mom and engaging her in activities that she might not otherwise be able to participate in.
